“The cinnamon roll flurry is TO DIE FOR. I'd request it for my death row meal. The chunks of cinnamon roll and the warm caramel mixed together in vanilla ice cream is my favorite dessert in the area ? if you order a large (I've only done it once, and it was insane) you get a whole cinnamon roll on top. I'd like to try other items from here, but I don't know if I ever will. I'm sure their other desserts are great, but I'm unsure that anything can top what I order ??“

“A lot of restaurants can claim great food. This place is no different. However, the staff are the real heroes here. My wife and I go here sometimes just to experience Great Customer Service...something that is quickly becoming hard to find in Livonia. Also, the new location is awesome! Great job!“

I ordered the Frozen Fruit Tea consisting of Pineapple & Strawberry with mango popping boba, and it was one the best drinks I’ve ever had.The staff was absolutely friendly and amazingly helpful. “I am from Chicago and my first experience at hot chicks food truck was A+. why? because Ali was very personable. The customer service on a scale from 1 to 10 was a 20!!! My food was fresh,presentation was nice and my overall experience five stars plus!!! When I visit Detroit again in june.. hot chicks is on the top of my list. “After going to nearly every ice cream shop in the Ann Arbor, Northville, Plymouth and Canton area, this is our family’s favorite. The hard scoop ice cream is great, kids love the soft serve, the prices seem like they’re from pre 2020 and the is both friendly and quick! Even if you see a larger line out front, it’s worth a stop and you’ll be happy you did.Also, there are carousel horses around the outside for the kids to sit in while happily eating their ice cream. I love that they have dole whip and vegan flavors available for people with dietary restrictions or allergies. And I love ordering a pint of dole whip to go to enjoy at home. The Misty’s are my favorite. Prices are great and our whole family can enjoy a treat for a reasonable price. So glad it Re-opened, the new owners and employees are doing amazing.“

“I'm so glad it's spring and Dairy King is back open! There are plenty of choices for ice cream in Downtown Plymouth, but Dairy King remains my favorite. They have reasonably priced treats, a great location, and their ice cream is delicious! Choose from soft serve, Guernsey Dairy, and Ashby's“

“A little far from where I live but worth the drive. They have a great selection of cigars and many that others in my area have not been able to get their hands on. I always come here for my Upsetters brand {the original rude boy}. Nice location with a bar and it's Black owned. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Members only lounge with members lockers. Comfortable seating with TVs and they offer board games. Outdoor seating available as well. They do not serve food but do allow you to bring your own. They also have hosted events to buy a taste new cigars. Please check this place out. You will not be disappointed.“

Watch out for the mandatory tip on "big gatherings" not quite sure what constitutes a big gathering and I know it's common practice in a lot of places these days but it would be nice if they inform you in advance before you double tip like I did! nor do I know how many in a party to be considered a big gathering. bottom line if you're going to do that to patrons I think you should inform them in advance. times aren't just hard for wait staff, they're also hard for your patrons.“

Punch cards are 1/10 stamps per transaction (regardless # of items) and redeemable for only plain custard, which is not ideal because the business is largely built around insanely decadent cones, sandwiches, and flurries. Owner responded that there will be a new system for summer 2024 and looking forward to that.“

The staff is friendly and it's always nice to see a team of people who genuinely enjoy running a restaurant together- they've got that at palmer. The daytime bartender Brent has a regular crowd for a reason, the service and conversation at Palmer is above and beyond any eatery nearby it. I got the Tiramisu ice cream and she got the Bananatella milkshake and the milkshake was our favorite. The establishment didn't open until 5pm and that's when it appeared the staff began to prep everything which slowed down everyone's order. The staff also didn't seem very thrilled to be working especially the young man who was prepping everything. The overall establishment needs to be deep cleaned and paint touched up. During warmer months, I love the convenience of the River Walk. Atmosphere and service has been great.
