I think I may have arrived between shift changes as everywhere needed attention.
Napkins out, tables dirty, bathroom in need of a freshen up.

“My nephew and I shared a meal here today and our experiences ranged from very good to off the scale great. We tried a Hot Mess breakfast with eggs, potatoes, chorizo,etc; it was perfectly balanced (neither to spicy or bland), super fresh; loved it. We also got a grilled cheese, with pepper jelly. The bread was the best ever (toasted perfectly) and crunchy, and it wasn't to cheesy (some places put too much cheese which makes it messy) with just enough pepper jelly to create an original experience; and one of my favorite sandwiches of my life. The salad was the low point of the meal as it was merely perfect. We also got a chocolate croissant which was great and a pot de creme which was decadent and..can I say perfect again. This is my new favorite place“

The exterior features a glass garage-style design, giving it a cool, industrial feel—likely a renovated auto shop turned into a cozy café. Inside, the space is modern with stylish furniture and soft lighting, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done.

I ordered a cold brew with vanilla and a granola mug. The atmosphere was really pleasant, with a comfortable setup and a great view through the glass garage doors, overlooking the street. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy a coffee and unwind!“

“I love the revamp they've done. They got the new comfy seats that are HEATED! Which is amazing for people like me who don't produce their own body heat. “Love, love, love Byron Center Nutrition! Their nutritional shakes, energy/collagen teas, breakfast oatmeal and delicious protein bites are amazing!! Their shakes taste regular malts at an ice cream shops…the only difference is that these shakes are high protein, low sugar, low calories and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from! I highly recommend Byron Center Nutrition and the owners Dana and Dana are wonderful!!“

The guy who took our order did get it right but neglected to tell us that we could collect our cookies right there at the counter. We sat down and I was notified that was our food was ready. I had to ask where to pick it up and once we were just about done, I realized that I never received our cookies so had to go up to the counter and ask about them them. The guy who helped us was on the phone so another person gave me the cookies and explained that he should have given them to us right at the counter. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was okay but the service could use improvement for those of us who are not frequent guests.“

You sit in their gorgeous, floor-to-ceiling fishbowl window, which means every single person walking by on the street gets to admire you like the Roman statue you were born to be. Am I drinking an overpriced oat milk cortado, or am I an exhibit in the Louvre? No one knows, but everyone is looking. The validation? IMMACULATE.

Like, I was sitting there in my slay era, sipping my little bevy, when some old dude I mentally named Hobo Joe stared for just a hair too long. And you know what? I didn’t mind. I get it, Joe. I’m a spectacle. We are all just players in my Truman Show, and this café understands that.

Now, let’s talk about the coffee. You ever heard of that bougie poop coffee? Yeah, the one where some little Indonesian raccoon-cat eats the beans, digests them (with LOVE), and then poops them out? That’s the coffee here, baby. They brew that. I took a sip, and I transcended. I saw colors that don’t exist yet. My great-great-grandma whispered the stock market tips of 2047 in my ear. This coffee is so artisanal that if you don’t understand it, you’re simply not enlightened enough.

So, in conclusion, if you have an ounce of taste, if you like to serve LOOKS to the public for free, if you want to experience the best fermented raccoon poop beverage of your life, then you need to get your cheeks into this café. 5/5 stars. Would let Hobo Joe stare at me again.“
