I was there while this situation happened, not only did the young lady (I believe her name was Lina?) not say that word, she was also quiet calm and collected until the customer started harassing the entire staff. The customer asked for extra onions, the young lady said I put extra on there and the customer asked for more, the young lady said ok. After cashing out the order the customer than claimed that she felt she was disrespected and that she wanted to talk to a manager about the staffs attitude. I told her to just call corporate and complain because I was next and I wanted to cash out and leave. The customer decided to escalate and call the staff trashy and young kids with no respect. The customer was way out of line, and she started bringing up “the customer is always right” . That’s not true. I own multiple businesses and the customer is not always right, Especially when you start disrespecting staff. Anyways I’ve been here multiple times and Delon (I believe his name, the man in the picture) and the rest of the staff are so dang friendly. Very very fast, and very respectful. It’s a shame that grown women would lie just to try to get a free Sandwhich. JERSEY MIKES ON 12 and mound, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA!!! ❤“

Piquette was the most recent, but last time it was the Livernois spot. “I've always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It's hit and miss how well they're put together depending on who's working... sometimes they're sloppily put together. There's a guy that works there who always nails it! But don't believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It's a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.“

“I just have to give a shout out to the employee that was working the night we came in (I didn't get her name but I remember she had blue colored hair). There was some chaos going on in the front of the gas station while we were just trying to get some food. She was calm, friendly, made my sandwich just how I liked it and offered up fresh cookies.
