“I ordered 10 foot long subs last week and there was only one employee working and she went above and beyond to label each sub and quickly get them to us.

Tonight I needed to cancel a couple of orders at this location so I called and a young man answered, spoke to his manager, and refunded the orders. Couldn't praise them enough. 5 stars.“

“5 stars from me just because the person at the drive-thru is always an absolute delight. I don't recall their name but they were working the window the evening of 7/22, around 7pm.
My husband and I have been here a handful of times and they are always such a joy to speak with. This is the only fast food place we go to in Fremont because we don't typically eat while out. It seems like the staff enjoy working at this location and that is all the more reason to go there.“

The gal that rang me up (Angie) was just as friendly, and even invited me to come back soon. Since I didn't get a receipt to do Subways survey, I wanted to get on here and make it known just how amazing the customer service at this Subway truly is.
