“Please ignore the very rare and undeserved negative reviews. People come to place for years, never leave a review until their coffee isn't refilled and potatoes not crispy enough. “I came here today with my family and the service was super fast and I think they got a new menu because the food was so delicious and when we already paid and we were just sitting chatting the sweet waitress brought out some chocolate covered strawberries as a free dessert! They were the perfect little after meal snack and I can't recommend this place enough!“

“First time dining passing through Commerce MI.Started with Tomato Bruschetta very disappointing in general. The Crostini was soggy and could be used as the topper for a french onion soup, the topping itself was not very good either.This misstep wouldn't prevent us from returning.Wife had Mystic Carbonara and thoroughly enjoyed it. I dined a little lighter with Sweet & Spicy Calamari as an entree and also enjoyed the dish.Our server Mark was attentive and professional.The restaurant itself is very inviting and we could envisionourselves regulars if we lived in the area.“

“Before I get into personals, GET YOUR PIZZA FROM MI. York! If you are at all a pizza snob you will be pleased. This has truly authentic taste, texture, ingredients, everything. I lived in Brooklyn, NY for many years of my life, this is truly east coast style pizza that can hang with the best of them. You should consider yourself lucky that you're able to get this quality of pizza in Michigan. Had a fellow from San Marino try it while he was in town, loved it. It seems like the young kid that works the front is the owner or maybe family of the owner, Idk but he's super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be eating here for as long as it is around.“

“Ah oh my God I LOVE this coney!!!! Very tasty homemade souls, crispy delicious fries, juicy burgers, and hearty proportions overall and for stellar prices too. A staple of the Wixom area. Only issue I have is the location it can be kind of a hassle to get in and get parking but it's all very much worth it. The staff are extremely friendly and nice, the cooks do grand work, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated.“

“Went to open mic night on a Monday. Liked the atmosphere a lot. Service was excellent!! Waitstaff was kind and friendly and on top of things. Great ambiance. The prices for a Monday and no happy hour on a Monday was a bit off putting. On average beers were $8 (basic beer). White claws $6.50. Sliders $2 each. Chips and salsa $4. I thought the food was good and decent prices but beers were pretty pricey.“

“This is a regular stop for us, but we just had some amazing biscuits and gravy today that I had to rave about! They are on special and not a regular menu item, but I hope they get added! Paired with their house made Bloody Mary it was perfect. Great service and staff as always.“

However even if you're a great tipper like me, you will have to wait for service while while the staff is busy socializing with their clique friends. “We eat here often. They are fairly consistent and make it right when things are off. there’s absolutely no reason to go to Leo’s Coney Island when this place is within a mile or so. The Ruben, breakfast bowls, southwest salad kids menu are all good. they are patient with children and cater to an older crowd without much salt. “Being my wife's and my first experience with Greek food, we didn't know what to expect. My wife ordered the Greek salad and spinach pie. The loved both and wished she could have went back before we had to leave for home. My mushroom Swiss burger was delicious. They talked me into trying a coney, which was also great. Staff was great and friendly“

“A Walled Lake Hidden Gem!BY FAR the best breakfast/lunch spot. I recently started going to Woodys within the last month and I can’t stay away! Every time I’ve gone in I’m greeted with all smiles and immediate service. (Melissa) seems to always be my waitress and she does an amazing job every time I go. (Tim), who is the owner and cook is the sweetest man. He always makes sure to come out of the kitchen after the food has been served and check on how the customers are doing. This gives Woodys a very family oriented feel as the same employees are always here and they are all family.The atmosphere of Woodys is old timey.. but in a good way! If you look around Woodys you will see old photographs depicting images of Walled Lake in the early 90s. You will also see old photos of the original owner Woody.The menu is absolutely astounding. The food is all handmade by Tim. The house fries/hash browns are cut by hand fresh every morning.On this particular day I decided to try the “Make your own skillet”. They have so many ingredients to choose from. It’s a guaranteed hit!Next thing to try on my list is the breakfast charcuterie board!! Never have I heard of such a thing.Absolutely delicious!“

“We had a great dinner here in a comfortable booth. The wait staff was attentive and went out of her way to make our dining experience very nice. We had the bacon jam burger, shrimp cocktail and wonderful autum salad that is one of the best salads I've had a restaurant! The specialty cocktail was a little too sweet, but very beautiful! We didn't expect to have bread brought to the table so that was a nice surprise included with our meals. It was a warm pumpkin bread with whipped butter- SO good!!“
