“I decided to book the Coffee Roastery Tour and Tasting last Saturday morning. To those looking for a fantastic, insightful, and tasty experience, please give Stovetop Coffee Roasters a shot. Brayden, our guide, had a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to the table, giving us an inside look at the steps of coffee processing—from harvesting to packaging. We also got to participate in a coffee cupping that allowed us to explore different roasts, scents, and flavors. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can't wait to come back for another cup of coffee.“

“Whenever I travel, I love to go to a local coffee shop, have a coffee, and buy a mug (with the shop’s name or logo on it) as a souvenir. A couple weeks ago, my husband and I had the privilege of camping overnight at the Holland State Park Beach Campground before our final leg back to Illinois. On our way out of town, we made a special stop at KIN coffee so I could purchase a latte and buy a mug. The barista was just the sweetest person and I ordered an iced Lavender Bee latte from her. It was excellent! Unfortunately, the shop seemed to be out of mugs to buy. Oh well! However, Lynn (owner?) overheard our conversation, and let’s just say, she went to great lengths to find a mug for me, which was so appreciated. The coffee shop is adorable and so inviting inside and out (there’s the cutest patio), and if I lived in Holland, I would be there all the time. The place was very busy, but the workers were so wonderful, and they really do make you feel like kin! And the coffee was wonderful! Now I am drinking from my mug at home, where the coffee isn’t as good, thinking about my next trip to KIN!“

“Absolutely the kindest service I’ve experienced at any coffee shop! I ordered a simple vanilla latte, and the barista was so nice and took the time to read all of the baked goods options! I got an apple breakfast bar which was soooo good. The coffee, though a simple latte, was by far the best I’ve had.“

“Many of the people that are at the remote locations (inside gas stations, etc.) are not as knowledgeable as the servers in the free standing locations. Also, the choice of the donuts are not as good.“

“This restaurant is delicious I suggest trying the cinnamon toast with the strawberry jelly and the hash brown omelette. The sausage gravy breakfast bowl was good too.“

“I was driving with my little baby who was sleeping soundly in the car, and I stopped by to get a coffee to stay energized. The café is located inside a hotel—small but cozy. It was lunchtime, yet it wasn’t crowded and the service was very fast. There are plenty of tables and comfy sofas, which makes it convenient and comfortable to sit and relax. This time they also updated their packaging, and the new design looks festive and delightful. I really like it!“

“Really nice store! Clean and staff were super friendly. I normally get a frozen latte, but they couldn't make it. No problem, I tried an iced latte, and it was even better than the frozen. Even asked for lite ice, and they actually were capable of that simple request. Wish I lived closer. This would be my go-to Bigby.“

“I got the breakfast burrito, quesadilla and big breakfast. They were all really really good, but they tried automatically adding a 15% tip for an online order and that always annoys me. They also forgot to add the butter to the order which cost extra. Overall I would go again since it had a great flavor profile, but I wouldn’t spend my own money here again due to the price (luckily it was on a company card)“

“I had a great experience. The baristas were very friendly. My coffee and food were both great! I would definitely recommend this place. I also thought finding available parking nearby was going to be more difficult but it wasn’t. Holland has lots of free parking!“

“They were out of a mix for my drink, I assumed the alternative thing they offered to put in the drink would make it still taste decent. It doesn't taste the greatest, but I should have asked for a different drink instead. So partially my bad.“

“Wonderful service at this location. I felt bad walking in 15 before they closed to be kindly greeted by Rachael. I don’t come to Starbucks often so I wasn’t sure what to order. Rachael was friendly and patient while I figured out what to have. She suggested to try brown sugar oat milk in a Cortado. My new favorite. I will be back!“

“When you come in the morning, you know you will be handled with care and served with a smile. The two ladies that open make sure your order is correct, are fast, and are hard workers. I can see they take pride in their work. The afternoon shift can learn a lesson from these two.“
