“Busy Halloween night and this crew was fast, courteous and extremely efficient. They had literally people lined outside the door and were tending to everyone’s needs. The online ordering process was smooth and very efficient. Customer service hands down was top notch. Kudos to a job well done! 🎃“

“They got our dine-in order all wrong, but it tasted good, just the same. It was more like eating at a friend's house and not having any control over what is served, but the wife knows how to cook, so it does not matter.
Staff moving quickly to keep up with demand, so I saw no reason to rain on their parade.
Funny, though... Even the drive through had complainers about not getting what they ordered.
Life is too short to take offense.

“whenever I have doctor's appointments in downtown Grand Rapids, my hubby always asks me to get food from here. he used to live close to it and misses it SOOOOO much. So, we had some money today and I headed straight there to get me some GOOD fried chicken and perch. parking can be a pain, but it's definitely worth the wait and hassle. I also think it's soooo cool that they remember my boyfriend, by name, when I showed him a picture of us, and it's been a good 3 years since he has been there physically.“

“We did 13.95 for so called homemade "hash" it was a joke. it was the size of a drinking cup around and flat in size. That and toast. drinks were 3.99 no refill. Plus they were serving coke out of 2 L. warm. When served warm and adding ice, it diluted it. We get better food for same price at Mr. Burger with refills on drinks. Glad their closing. Not even acceptional food. I fell bad for the waitress. She was awsome.“

Our son has Autism and Chris was patient and respectful- our son likes to order for himself and Chris not only listened carefully but engaged with him. Chris also checked on us several times and not just a “how’s everything” but can I get anything else, making recommendations and asking personal questions as well. “The first few times we ordered from here was a bit rough with incorrect, overly greasy pizza, but something changed around 2020. Since then, the pizza has been great, and the team working the counter is always friendly. We appreciate the improvements.“

“There are a lot of pizza places in Allendale. In my opinion, little Caesars and hungry Howies taste like pre-warmed cardboard. We have always had good pizza from Jets and the service has always been good. I would say they’re one of the better fast food pizza places in Allendale.“
