“OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“I first dined at the Chop House 16 years ago and to this day I must say it is still the best restaurant in Grand Rapids. Food quality as well as service is above any other restaurant in the area. I like the interior, with the cool hanging lights and plants. Service is great, our waitress was really cool and checked on us frequently. She was a fun waitress too, not one who just takes the plates and doesn't talk.We started with an appetizer, Okonomiyaki. Beautiful presentation, it reminded me of a beautiful crepe. It wasn't everyone's favorite, but I really liked it. Good texture and packed with flavor.My main course was the Kati Roll. The texture of the bread was lovely, it was crispy and soft at the same time. The lamb was delicious and perfectly seasoned, and had one thing on the roll that I didn't think would work with lamb, but it did: Avocado.My dessert was the mango sticky rice. Oh my goodness that coconut cream is magical! Definitely one of the best desserts I've had in awhile!“

“been going to them for 20 years. #19 has always been a great value for meat lovers. With national chains raising their prices, boardwalk is the same or cheaper and better meats. You can't go wrong, load up with their shredded pickles and go rogue for $.75 (it's worth it)“

“The subs and the service is always amazing at this location, however you can’t walk in without walking out smelling like a bonfire. The ventilation in this location definitely needs work! The ceiling is stained and it is consistently smoky. I love this place but it’s hard to stand inside for longer than a couple minutes! I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it all day.“

“We had to wait 30 minutes for a server after being seated, but the manager walked by and noticed, and he quickly brought us out drinks & breadsticks. He apologized and even gave us a free dessert. It was crazy busy and he was flying around, but he continued to make sure we were taken care of, even after our server had brought us our meals. I was so impressed?? Beautiful building, and clean, fresh interior...Dietary restrictions: If I'm quite hungry, I order the Chicken Margherita, as I try to stay away from pasta... But mostly I get one of the soups with no dairy or pasta... The salad is so so delish too...“

“I came in for a sub today and noticed that one of the employees was sitting down at a table on her phone, while another was working in the back. The girl in the back came out and gave excellent service through out the entire process. The food was good, but it was kind of awkward and sad to see one employee working hard, while another was not.“

The lead guy (not sure of his name or if he's the owner or just the manager) is incredible at encouraging, motivating, and coaching his team, while keeping a very busy lunch rush moving each day. He's a good example to the whole industry!The food is tasty, and fresh, and the soup bar is a nice touch. You have to know where and how to find this spot, but it's not too hard to learn the foot route, or just hop into the elevator and go down one floor.Definitely a budget-friendly go-to that's a phenomenal alternative to a chain or nasty fast food.“

“I ordered chicken nuggets and mac cheese as a lunch for my desires, and it was pretty busy as I expected. Every single time, the nice employees will always get your order right and will give you a refund or something free if there is a problem with the food. The interior and exterior are pretty normal for all locations all over Michigan. Overall, this place is very awesome. ?“

“-Stopped in at 10pm, there was plenty of seating. There were only 12 customers. Long wait for food. Not a quick stop type of place that time of night.-Very relaxed low key environment. Smaller bar with plenty of seating.-Food was delicious. I got an interesting dish called the Poulette Pesate (did not spell that correctly). It’s a honey pepper spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. Had good flavor! I didn’t think it was very spicy personally. But boy was it good. “The staff at this location are top notch. The first time I ordered take out from this location, my order took >30min. Without saying anything, they refunded my entire order. This food was very good, and I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. The second time I ordered take out, there was a large order ahead of mine so it took longer than expected. The staff frequently checked in with me during my wait, despite being extremely busy, and they ended up offering me a drink while I waited. I will continue to recommend CoreLife grandville to all of my family and friends. I could not be more impressed with this store as a whole!“

“Absolutely LOVE potbelly!! I think they are one the best sub fast food options. I usually go for the Italian and it always is so good. Sometimes I get the wreck which I believe is their most popular sandwich and that one is pretty tasty too! I've recently been getting their Mac and cheese as a side and this was a pleasant surprise!! I like that it's more white cheddar than an orange cheese. Super creamy! This location in particular has kind of a crazy parking lot if you are going at peak hours like lunch or dinner but there will always be a spot available. The employees are always super friendly as well! For reference, when you walk in the line starts at the furthest end away from the door and you work your way down towards the cash register.“

Arrived with a bus full of 21 hungry teenagers and the staff at this location were absolutely wonderful and easy to work with on getting everyone’s individual order on one bill and they were so welcoming to our group. We were in and out of there in no time at all!“
