“We ordered online and went to pick up our food and there was only one lady working, more orders were coming in and she kept a smile on her face. For a Saturday night to only have 1 employee working isn't ok, however I understand stuff happens but that young lady was amazing and kept smiling“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“So I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs and I’ve got mixed emotions… like my sandwich had commitment issues but still showed up.
First off, the sandwich itself? Absolutely solid. Bread had that perfect “I was baked today and I’m proud of it” energy. Meat was piled high like it was training for the Olympics. The guy behind the counter was basically a sandwich DJ—slicing, stacking, and seasoning with confidence I wish I had in my life decisions.
Now the 4-star part: I blinked and suddenly my “regular” sub was $17. I didn’t even argue because the sandwich made direct eye contact with me and I panicked.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and I think I got enough to moisturize a small village.
Final verdict: I’d go back tomorrow, but I’d bring a financial advisor and maybe a support group. Still worth it. Just don’t look at the receipt too long.“

“its hard finding a nice little shop like this, most places that try to serve quick Vietnamese food don’t do very well. Lots of the quick shops are highly white washed and over Americanized as well as over priced portions. Now I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and it truly is the best place for authentic Vietnamese foods, many on-the-go options to choose from! Especially when it’s good, nicely portioned and affordable, it’s hard to not love it here :)

“They're extremely friendly here. Every time I have gone here was a a good experience. The food was always good. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. I know that pretty much all Subways are the same, taste wise, but they're nice and friendly here and I was in and out fairly fast. The cons would be that there isn't many good places to sit. One row of booths is the same walk way as the people ordering their subs. Which kinda makes it uncomfortable/awkward when you're trying to eat and random people are just standing right beside you. And that's all I could say that was a con for this Subway. The seating was minimal.“

“Ordered a French dip for window pickup. I arrived 5 minutes before my pickup time and it only took a minute to receive my order. The sandwich was packed with roast beef and the aujus were delicious and the bun was fresh. My only complaint is I couldn't eat it all. LOL“

The Subway restaurant on Baldwin (in hudsonville) must be under different management... they always are out of ingredients (including bread options) and the service is so so. I would only visit the Baldwin location if presured for time.“

“Service here is awesome. There's this guy with a mustache that seems to be addicted to good customer service interactions. Throughout my hour stay here today he's offered to change people's orders, gave helpful constructive tips to his coworkers, and offered to move furniture for someone in a wheelchair. It helps that they have fantastic dark roast coffee. The sandwiches could be better, but I'm not complaining too much with the reasonable price that they have. The atmosphere suffers a bit from how busy the store is constantly.“

“Absolutely amazing store!!!! I order here around a dozen times every month for my office when we get lunches for clients. We often submit large orders with substitutions and sometimes have multiple orders in one day. I can’t imagine the volume of orders they get besides us being downtown and the food still manages to get here super quickly. Every one of their employees I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and helpful as well. Not to mention the food comes out great every time. “I thought I'd be sweet and order my sweetheart food. Named it "Sarah the Beautiful". The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“

“I visited this location as it was on my way to work. I walked in to order and the girl just blankly looked at me. No greeting, no smile, no how can I help you. I asked her if she was taking orders. I order two sandwiches and brought them into work. My bread was so crunchy on the bottom it was as though it had been toasted. Not the best visit, probably won't go to that location again.“
