“Always have had a great experience with this location. Even when the occasional mishap takes place the management handles it very well and gets everything fixed right up. The delivery people are very friendly and outgoing. My go to pizza place“
“I love pizza, and why wouldn't I, cause I'm Italian. I originally tried Sbarro out of convenience and quick service. Pizza by the slice has always been really good. One visit I decided to take a chance at ordering the spaghetti. WOW... I WAS AMAZED!!! Then, I got more adventurous at my next visit and started adding their meatballs and I was SUPER IMPRESSED!! The sauce was OUTSTANDING AND LEGIT!! I mean Grandma herself couldn't have made this any more delicious, tasteful, and flavorful. Spaghetti and meatballs is now a "standard" every 2-3 weeks I visit. Toss in a few of the best ever breadsticks cteated on Earth and even someone who is a skeptic will become a TRUE BELIEVER! I even request for additional sauce to sop up with my breadsticks and the staff is always happy to ablige. I'm being 150% completely honest when I say my pallet, tastebuds, and that little vouce inside my head calls out "FORCING ME BACK" to Sbarro's for more spaghetti and meatballs every few weeks. Skip Cheescake Factory, Carrabba's, and even Olive Garden! In my travels for outstanding Spaghetti, Meatballs, superior sauce and breadsticks that knock your socks off...Sbarro's is my place of choice.“
“I had a wedding rehersal dinner that exceeded expectations. Hailee our hostess was the best ever at making guest feel at home. It set the tone for the weekend. Guest were treated to a 5 course plated dinner menu. If you live in the Grand Rapids, MI area, make this a stop for true italian cuisine. Thank you Hailee and Molly for making our dinner experience so pleasurable.“
“Our first time trying Greco's. The Pizza and Breadsticks were delicious. My only complaint is I ordered two extra sauces and I ensured she heard me. She even repeated it back to me as well. My husband picked up the order and they told him the extra sauces were in the boxes (also on the reciept). He didn't check and trusted them and they were not. Disappointed as we ran out of sauce for our breadsticks. We will still order again most likely.“
“It's always amazing. I'm just bummed I didn't think to take pics! Next time!I had a Ceasar salad and tomato bisque soup. Both were amazing. My husband had the featured pasta with goat cheese. It was also fantastic!!Someone at the table had the brisket and said it was absolutely fabulous!!I also had an old-fashioned and espresso martini ???“
“Grant was phenomenal. My wife was looking forward to the meatballs in the spaghetti. He went out of his way to make sure she could have them as they're having difficulties getting supplies. Made sure for our takeout that there was extra supplies. Very personable. Love Palios! Highly recommend“
“Normally I leave pictures, but I forgot tonight, my bad, I still wanted to leave a review because our waitress Cam was amazing, not just pleasant and helpful but a delight! I had steak salad, it's always done the way I like, my hubby had a burger and fries, tasty, and we took a To go for our daughter, classic Italian sub with fries, Cam put it in at the right time so it was nice and hot walked out the door!“
“Me and the family wanted to munch down on some deep dish pizza. So, I flipped out the old Google and typed in "Best Deep Dish Pizza near me" and let me tell you what, they sure knew what I wanted. Big Bob's is by far the best deep dish I have ever had and I went to Chicago once in 1981 to watch A Richard Pryor and Robin Williams lookalike ladies wrestling competition. So I definitely know a thing or two about good pizza, the deep dish variety. The cheese, the sauce, the amount of toppings, and did I mention the cheese? Good. Cause there's a buttload of cheese. Also, they aren't a big place, so you feel super comfy eating like a deranged, feral beast in the corner because you will not be able to help yourself from wolfing this food down quicker than a pack of dogs on a 3 legged cat. So, all in all, make sure you get your next 14 pizzas from Big Bob's, because they know pizza. I only have one negative to say, and that's that there was a very loud, and sliiiightly annoying toddler in the place while we were eating and I wish they could've done something about it. The fact that it was my toddler is completely irrelevant I feel.“
“Our family wanted something different tonight - decided on a Chicago pizza- was the BEST pizza we have ever had! Highly recommend it! And plan on having left overs for the next day! Thank you so much for all of your hard work— this over 12 lb pizza is totally worth the wait!!“
“Great food and friendly service! Chicken bacon ranch pizza was fabulous! We ordered online and they called us to make sure our pizza toppings were correct before cooking. A restaurant that cares about the quality of food they serve! Local favorite, affordable prices, highly recommend!“
“Very friendly people. Accommodating to personal diet and taste. Quick, well priced.Vegetarian options: Can order pizza without meat.Dietary restrictions: My friend doesn't eat pork, they had other meats available along with cheese.Parking: Shared lot with a grocery store, so plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: No inappropriate decor, well-mannered server.“
“Maria's Italian restaurant is a little spot in the lakeside town it is found in. The gluten free pizza was excellent. We had a specialty pizza called chicken pesto. It was delightful. They also feature a wide range of salads, draft beers, pizzas, and various Italian dishes. Our fellow diners looked like they were enjoying their items as well. I think you will like it too.“
“Awesome market! I finally had the chance to visit, and Russo’s was everything I hoped for. I only visited the market and loved the wide selection of pasta, meat, cheese and wine. They make their sausage in-house and source from local farms. The samples were very nice, and so was John!I was happy to taste a few wines and was pleasantly surprised. I liked them all and enjoyed the conversation. I learned about the high-quality ingredients they use for their pastas and the drying process, as well as the different climates their wines come from. The passion the Russo’s have for their market and food/wine is refreshing to see. I love supporting local markets and restaurants, and this is one I will be visiting regularly. They also have frozen pastas and desserts, along with spices and different types of flour. Sauces, canned veggies like tomatoes, olives, garlic, and so much more. Even sparkling water and other Italian drinks. I personally want to try their tiramisu! Can’t wait to go back for more.“
“Walking by and spontaneously decided to get a pizza to take back to the hotel (Tuesday evening 5:30) . The host kindly directly me to the takeout counter. The very friendly young man took my order, everything came out perfectly. I was glad he offered utensils because I forgot to ask. We got the thin crust pepperoni - it was fantastic! Crispy edges, nice cheesy pull, great taste. Very glad we stopped. Great service and food!“
“Have been a loyal customer for thirteen years, much of that time dealing directly with the owner. We order weekly as a rule, and the very few issues that have cropped up over the years have been handled quickly, courteously, and professionally by Johnny or his staff. Their food is always of the highest quality and completely delicious. Thanks so much for the professionalism and care that goes into everything you do.“
“The food is delicious! Whatever you order, it is always excellent. The antipasto salad is better than most, very good dressing. The Nduja sausage pizza is special. The ingredients are high quality, and they are put together to make for one of the best pizzas anywhere!“
“What a wonderful and beautiful place. If anyone has seen Gilmore Girls it totally gives me vibes of a small town very classy place. It was warm and inviting. The servers were kind and courteous and the food was simply delicious! We will definitely make this our Friday night dinner outings.“
“Another great GR restaurant. We've been in twice now. If you find seats at the bar while waiting for your table expect prompt friendly service. They are definitely on top of things. Table service has been a bit mixed. Sometimes it's great sometimes you wait 15 min for salt and pepper when it's not busy enough to warrant that. On our first visit we had a delightful server, Jordan. She was a great help to me communicating with the kitchen and exploring some dinner options that I could have with my allergies. We started with the Focaccia. For dinner I decided to go with the Rigatoni w/the sauce from the Ravioli as it was allergy friendly. The sauce was nice and not sweet thankfully. I've had this dish a few times and the only thing I can say is that the Pasta is a little too Al Dente even for this Italian girl. My husband went with the Rustica Pizza. He liked it but wasn't blown away. He also ordered the Bolognese on a different night. He thought it was more of a meat sauce than a traditional Bolognese which has less tomato to it. He did enjoy it though. Cocktails and Wine selection are good. Definitely going to keep this in our rotation“
“Everything about this restaurant is perfect. I've been here plenty of times for date night with my boyfriend. The food is amazing as well as the service. All of the servers I've had are so amazing Sarah was great as well as the GM who was hanging out with us for a bit! Bless their hearts they made our day so great and filled with love.“
“Ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza (take out). As usual, it tasted great. BUT... we wish they would reconsider changing to "paper thin" pepperoni. The last pizza we bought there had thicker ("normal") sized pepperoni. Hope it was just a mistake with the slicer setting?“
“Today was my first time going. Had a shot and brew with my brother. We both grabbed Italian beefs to go. Delicious, hot and well seasoned. Our bartender I think was the owner was a pretty cool guy laid back and the atmosphere ? super cool. I'm definitely going back and I heard the Chicago dogs are awesome as well. Keep up the good work!!!“
“This place has been here for many years and is like a hidden jem. We sat in the bar area. There is a relaxed atmosphere here. The server, Christine, was quick and friendly. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the Ravioli. Our food was delicious. The portions were nice. Just a note though, the sauce is a little sweet but very good. The prices are reasonable and no extra "fees". We will definitely be back. We want to try the pizza next and maybe a piece of cheesecake!!“
“Our waiter, Duane, was amazing and hilarious!! Food was so delicious and even though the restaurant was busy, they brought our dishes out quickly. I am not a pasta fan so I ordered the 'Chicken Margharita' and loooved it? Breadsticks were hot and fresh!Vegetarian options: You go, Veggie Lovers!“
“I dropped someone off at CSL to donate plasma. Decided to stop here to get something to eat while I waited. Took about 15 minutes for someone to come to my table to greet me. It really wasn't busy at all.The speed for my food wasn't too bad. I received one refill, then I didn't see the server again for an hour. I had to go looking for her to get my bill after waiting an hour and a half after finishing eating. I shouldn't have tipped as much as I did because of that. It's not like they were busy, the servers were talking to someone.Food was good though! Food made up for the terrible service. It wasn't too loud since it wasn't busy. There was about 8 tables with people at them when i visited during the lunch hour. I got there at 11:30 am, finally left at 2 pm after getting the bill.“
“Most reasonably priced and casual restaurant inside of the Amway Grand Plaza. Nice vibes and good food. Bao was decent but the chocolate soufflé was superb! Our server was nothing to rave about (he was bland). They do have rooms downstairs for more private party dining. (May go back to try more items… heard the burger and Pad Thai are yummy.)“
“This was an incredible meal. Everything was fresh and delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and gracious. I would definitely recommend this location.Parking: Lots of parking close to the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking close to the door several handicap spots available.“
“Returned to this Italian Eatery again, as it is a great place and wanted to take a friend to lunch with my wife and I. Since I like to rate Italian Restaurants by the quality of their Meat Ball Sandwiches, I tried theirs this time! It was VERY GOOD! The only way it could have been better would be with a custom baked sub bun. (The one it was on was good for a commercial bakery!)Homemade meat balls with just the right amount of great sauce and mozzarella cheese. My wife had the minestrone soup and house baked bread, (which in my opinion should have been used for the sub I had!) She raved about the soup, and especially the seasoned butter for the bread! Will be sure and stop there much more often... Definitely a place I can recommend!“
“Some of the best New York style pizza in Grand Rapids. Any time I have to order lunches for work this is the place I go. All I have to do is call and tell them how many people and what kinds of pizza I want and they take care of the rest. They are always on time with delicious pizza and old school cheesy sticks (and oh, that sauce!). My most recent order was 15 pizzas and 5 orders of bread sticks and they were on time for delivery to the minute with everything exactly like I ordered. Can't say enough good things about them.“
“This pizza. Words can not describe the yummy goodness that enters your mouth. The collision of fresh flavors as you begin to consume this goodness. I'm very mad bc I thought I had a picture but must have deleted it. The papa pizza will not disappoint.“
“Best NY style slice I think I’ve ever had. I’ve been in the pizza review game for a few years and that perfectly cooked crunchy crust, with the sweet sauce and fresh motz. It was cooked perfectly and I almost want to cry when I realize it’s all gone. You guys know how to make pizza and it shows in the product. I’m giving Florine’s a solid 9.4 out of 10“
“Come for Trivia Night with Connor on Wednesdays and stay for the delicious food (love the Cauliflower Bites!) and great selection of drinks! We got great service from our bartender, Lindsey!!!Vegetarian options: The Calabrian “wings” (with fried cauliflower) are so good!“
“Vegetarian options: 2 pizza options, build your own pizza option, salads, pastas, veggies sampler appetizer. Many things for vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is available, and it's some of the best in town.Kid-friendliness: A few video arcade games inside to keep the kids busy. Tvs in bar and dining room. There is a kids menu and family appropriate music.“
“I visited Uccello's Ristorante- East Beltline on a work trip recently and thought this was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is a sports bar type atmosphere. The menu looks to be very diverse but we both actually settled on the Seafood Risotto. As I have seen on some other reviews, the portions of this dish were enormous but I did find a silver lining in the portion size. It allowed us to concentrate on eating all of the seafood out of the dish and just leave the rice that we could not eat. Since we had a three-hour drive ahead of us we really didn't want to pack it up for the next day.I have to say the dish was amazing! It came out of the kitchen PIPING HOT and the sauce/rice kept in the heat for almost the entire time it took to eat the seafood out of the dish. The garlic bread was really flavorful by itself but the sauce in the risotto ON the garlic bread was insane. I recommend the use of the garlic bread in this manner!Overall, I would recommend this spot and if I find myself in this area again I would love to try a pizza or another dish.“
“The food is great. From pizza to chicken tenders to bruschetta, you can't go wrong! The real draw though is Leilani (sp?). She is FAR & AWAY the best waitress I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Been coming here every Saturday for the past two months and the way she handles groups of 15 with ease is beyond impressive. For example: last weekend I ordered chicken tenders, a bit of ranch spilled over the fries, nothing worthy of a complaint or mention. Nevertheless about 6 minutes later out comes a FREE piping hot basket of golden brown fries. She had the customer service skills and requested the chef whip up a complimentary batch. She is the reason we all come back. Constantly going above and beyond and friendly as can be.“
“This Olive garden is amazing and have amazing staff. We have taken 30-40 people there a few times in the last year and they have been amazing every time. My son and my husband each coach bball, this past weekend was my son's Bday. The only thing he wanted was to go Olive garden (we're from Canada with no olive garden) with his teams and their families. Because of the way the schedule worked out we weren't going to be done our games until 930pm (getting there between 930-10). I called Olive garden and even though they close at 11 they said they would take us, hold us an entire section so we could sit together and the staff volunteered to stay late. We didn't get out of there until 1230am. The staff were amazing, they didn't rush us, service was phenomenal, food was fantastic. We've been to a lot of team dinners, some good, some not so good but this place is the best. I can't say enough positive about them and their staff!“
“Came to this location for the first time a little while back. It has a typical sports bar feel. The drinks and appetizers were fast and fresh. Our main dish was made fresh and promptly as well. Our server was friendly, and it was an overall good experience.“
