“My husband and I just celebrated my birthday dinner there this evening. We both must say it is an extraordinary restaurant with the best steaks we have had in the Lansing area. All the sides were fantastic as well! Service was exceptional and they are all so kind. We highly recommend this place!!”

“I have ordered delivery from this location before using uber eats and honestly I was quite impressed with the quality of food given there are so many wing restaurant chains. But the loaded fries is like next level in my personal opinion. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of my food experience yesterday through Uber eats. I can’t really comment on the actually customer service aspect cause I’ve never been inside of a wingsnob before. I’m sure the customer service is lovely. Yesterday I ordered the flamin hot loaded fries through uber eats which I had ordered before and they use actually flamin hot Cheetos. It is absolutely delicious if you’re on the fence but yesterday I received my order in a smaller bag which didn’t leave much room for the box of fries cause you get a pretty big portion and that cause my fries to get all mushed in side of the box cause the bag just wasn’t big enough. Also they used flamin hot popcorn instead of Cheetos this time which I honestly don’t mind the popcorn it just does not go well on this specific dish cause popcorn just gets mushy and the kernels are uncomfortable to eat with the chicken and fries cause they get stuck in your throat and you know it just doesn’t mix well. Plus the chicken was not the best this time either it felt overcooked and tough. Now I understand they may have ran out of Cheetos which is fine. I would just have preferred maybe a choice if that’s the case you know? But also uber eats isn’t exactly easy to work with sometimes so I get it. But just ask the uber eats driver if the person ordered would prefer something different instead of just using whatever you think might go over well. This isn’t a make or break thing I just wanted to share my experience and give some insight. I would still recommend people to go here instead of wingstop tbh.”

“I go here at least once a week and the guys know my order. I get a chicken kebab plate with rice and hummus and I double up on everything because the leftovers are just as good warmed up later.”

“This was fun to try. It was my first time at a Korean hot pot and BBQ. The BBQ and the fresh seafood bar were very good. Something has to be changed for the gluten free broth for the hot pot though. It was kinda gross. it ruined the experience for me. I would give this restaurant 3 out of 5 stars.”

“I will NEVER go to another Acapulco!! I ordered the Birria tacos, with extra cheese, fried until crispy and they were amazing!!!! Also ordered the street corn (eloté) and that was phenomenal! Margarita was strong and perfect to taste! Everything was seasoned to my liking and perfectly portioned. I highly recommend!! Service was spectacular! “EDIT: My review won't change, as I am only commenting on my experience at this location/on this day/at this time, however, I would like to make note of the labor disputes. Owners need to pay their workers a fair wage, treat them like the human beings they are instead of tools for profit. After the settlement, I hope the future is bright for the employees at every location and that they receive the respect they deserve. Consider stopping by for lunch, and tip your server well; a fat tip is always a way to support the people, not the company.

ORIGINAL: My friend and I came in at 4pm. Sammy was incredibly kind and quick to greet us. We were seated right away. The train car is a severely overlooked highlight. I've seen some complaints that it is too tiny, to which I say: you have never been in a train. Tables are close together but I would not describe it as close enough to share food with the other patrons--some of you are bitter and overdramatic.

The service was incredible. Sammy was attentive, quick to take our drink order, quick to get our app order in, and let us rest to decide. She has a natural sense of when to approach the table, providing friendly service without overwhelming patrons. She was incredible, and really sweet!

The food was insane, in the best way. The everything pretzel bites came out fresh and hot, and we savored every bite. The provided dips complimented the savory flavor of the pretzels very well. I ordered the mac and cheese large plate, which was reasonably priced for the amount I got. It was rich and creamy, but not overbearing--which I greatly appreciate in a mac and cheese. My friend got the grilled cheese (apple, gouda, honey sriracha, and bacon on sourdough), he described it as a well balanced flavor explosion. Although he enjoys grilled chicken sandwiches with mayo and cheese (?), based on his description: "it's tart and sweet with the apple, smoky with the bacon, rich from the cheese, but rounded out by the tangy sourdough," I feel I can trust him this once.

If you're skeptical because of bad reviews, ignore that mess and give this place a try. Order what sounds new and fun and you won't regret it. (We didn't get drinks this time around but I recommend Blake's Cider Mill Donut Cider!)

“I took my mom to the Edgewood Blvd Lansing one yesterday 5.10.24 at 4:15 pm and the food was fabulous. Better than it ever has been. I haven't ever complained about their food and last night was no different, but whatever they did it was all cooked way above perfection. I have not gone anywhere that I can remember and had such an amazing meal as last nights. I usually save some to take home to the hubby, but not this time. I ate it all except a dog scrap piece 😆(that's what the waitress called it). I got the 6oz sirloin (med well) and ribs & mom got the sirloin and shrimp. The ribs were extremely tender and the sirloin was so juicy and perfect. The ribs are always delicious, but will still have just a touch of dryness to them. Last night the meat was flaky and fell off the bone with barely a touch. The service was excellent too. I can't remember our waitresses name, but very friendly and right on top of it. Even my mom said the waitress did a good job. Last night was definitely worth the over-tip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟”

Well we get there at 7:01 and guess what? They are closed. We see people and ask what's up and show them what Google says and they tell us that they have NEVER been open past 7 in their existence. So we wasted our time and gas because this stupid page has incorrect info.”

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!”

I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.”

“I have tried multiple items at MK Pho and they are all delicious. The Pad Thai is my favorite entree so far (best I have ever eaten), but the Drunken Noodles and Sesame Chicken are close seconds. The crab rangoons are exceptional, and each of the different spring/egg rolls are yummy. The prices are great, the portions excellent and the owners are friendly and involved. The restaurant is spotless - one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been to. You can't lose when eating here.”
