“i wasn't encouraged reading the comments but when i tried this location i was amazed how staff was fast and friendly , he recommended a new sub (the Monster) and it was the best sub .the new management is doing a great job“

“The white customers stare at you while their food gets cold, and you sip your root beer float and eat your chicken fingers in all the glory of free to eat where you want. Customer service is always great. They don't always have time to wipe the tables off but it's not J Alexander's we can wipe a crumb 😂

“Went there for the very first time yesterday with my sons, and everything we ordered was delicious. I was NOT disappointed. My son thoroughly enjoyed his root beer float, and chicken sandwich, and my Philly steak was good, I just wish they had mushrooms to add to it. “Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.“

“I've been to this Arby's restaurant on West Alexis three times this week each time the same gentleman serves me. He's always very polite and ask how the service was and ask that excuse the mess due to remodel. My food was hot and I'm a fan of the crinkle fries. This was after rush by 30 minutes, no excuse someone could've swept the floor. When I arrived they were leaning against the counter. “I have always had a good experience with this Subway. But I do want to make an extra shout out to their employee BLAKE. I work late and often visit after 10pm, and Blake has been working most of my visits. He is VERY polite, efficient, and always is busy! I have witnessed him with numerous online orders coming in along with in house customers and he still has a smile and professional attitude!! The Manager at this store is also very kind.. which is definitely why all the other employees I have met seem just as friendly and happy to be at work! I would give 10 stars!“

“Not are Wendy's burgers the absolute best in fast food, the staff was extremely nice. I was stranded at Wendy's on Dixie Hwy. and the manager was so helpful. She made sure my 3 dogs and i were fed and had water. I've never experienced good nature like that in this town. “This subway is alright, but there is one main problem with it. Staff. There is usually only one person working (from my experience), and if there are more than 3 people waiting, you might as well go somewhere else. It's completely unfair for this location to only have one person working. Don't get me wrong wait times. Still, aren't that bad but come on. Get 3 or 4 truckers in line and forget about it.“

I'm not sure what happened today.(Saturday afternoon) The food was prepared horendously and the service was actually worse than the food.
