“i wasn't encouraged reading the comments but when i tried this location i was amazed how staff was fast and friendly , he recommended a new sub (the Monster) and it was the best sub .the new management is doing a great job“

“The white customers stare at you while their food gets cold, and you sip your root beer float and eat your chicken fingers in all the glory of free to eat where you want. Customer service is always great. They don't always have time to wipe the tables off but it's not J Alexander's we can wipe a crumb 😂

“Great local & family owned travel center! I used the mudflap app to save 10 cents on my diesel, and purchased a lounge pass to the new private truckers lounge. Was a very nice space, has new showers, got a coffee and relaxed for a bit. Parking is secure and convenient, I like stopping here much more that Pilot or Loves.“

“food and service are great no complaints. However the floor in the work area was dirty, bits of vegetables on the floor. This was after rush by 30 minutes, no excuse someone could've swept the floor. When I arrived they were leaning against the counter. I've been in restaurant and deli business, a dirty floor is unacceptable“

“Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.“

“I've been to this Arby's restaurant on West Alexis three times this week each time the same gentleman serves me. He's always very polite and ask how the service was and ask that excuse the mess due to remodel. My food was hot and I'm a fan of the crinkle fries. “I usually prefer this stop if I decide to eat out for lunch. The team running the show during the weekday are always on top of it the best they can be. I'm not sure what happened today.(Saturday afternoon) The food was prepared horendously and the service was actually worse than the food. “There is a reason that I am rating the food between a 3. The food was very good. It was almost everything that we had paid for except for two burgers. I paid extra for one Burger to have bacon on it and the other one to have fires on it. Neither of them had any of extra that I paid for. The food was amazing but my brother was not too happy that he did not get his bacon at all.“
