“As a first generation Lebanese person, I can attest to the quality and freshness of Leila's. It is the closest to homemade food I've found in Macomb County so far, and I've tried a lot of middle eastern restaurants. We cater all our holiday and birthday events from here and David is the most professional and nicest restaurant owner we've encountered. I don't know anyone who works at this place personally, just very happy to find authentic Lebanese food near us. I recommend their beef shawarma, it's always the first to go at parties!“

“Don’t waste your time going to Gus’; come here!I left Gus’ Coney Island because of their horrible service. I walked down the street to Mt. Clemens Grill. Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in, I was given a menu and asked about my drink preference. You know, customer service stuff.And the food was sooooo good!! “My wife and I love this place!!! We've been coming here since we discovered it driving by 6 months ago. As a vegan, I always get the falafel plate, with regular hummus, baba ghanoush, seasoned rice, tomato/cucumber salad, chickpeas, romaine lettuce, kalamata olives, and top it off with tahini sauce. IT'S SO DANG GOOD!!! My wife, not a vegan, loves the steak bites because there are no fatty pieces. She also loves the tzatiki sauce. The portions are very generous!!! Totally get your money's worth!!! The customer service is always exceptional as well!!! “Ordered a chicken fattoush salad and chicken shawarma sandwich and it was very good and filling. The salad was enough for 3 maybe 4 servings, the chicken was smoky and juicy and well seasoned. Order was correct. The dressing was on the tangy side but I didn’t mind it. This will be my new go-to place for fresh, tasty salad and chicken shawarma. I feel like I got my money’s worth. Looking forward to trying their other offerings!“
