“Food was good and service was acceptable (nothing special) but you had a group of 5 guys leave your restaurant last night somewhat bewildered after your waitress Katarina made it quite clear she was not happy with the 20% tip we gave her. Apparently, our stay of about 3 hours eating and drinking was excessive. We may not be back.”

Tried the Nashville hot chicken wings also 10 out if 10 but if you don't like heat these might not be for you. They were amazing. Also the parmesan fries were excellent. “What a wonderful place! The menu generally consists of Wagu burgers (flawless) stellar sandwiches, pizzas (perfect), dinner and side salads (big) soup, appetizers, and a couple of entrees. All of it is incredibly good. Be sure to try the Tempura Asparagus. It’s a favorite.

Service is provided by one or two people jetting around taking care of people, and they are always cheerful, accommodating, and mindful. The atmosphere is strictly “Cheers”. Lot of folks know each other, and we often see people we e seen before. No need to dress up or dress down, either. Come as you are.

We will keep coming back!”

“This is by far my favorite pizza place! Not only is Green Lantern my favorite pizza company, but this is BY FAR the best Green Lantern location. I have never had a bad experience with Green Lantern and never received food from this location that didn’t more than exceed my expectations. My go to is a round double pepperoni pizza with a toasted sub. Their subs are so good too; they have coleslaw on them which you would think wouldn’t work on a sub but they’re absolutely delicious. They even give you a pickle and a couple peppers with the sub. I get take out a lot but I love to dine in here once in a while. The atmosphere is great, pretty chill and relaxing. You even get free popcorn to snack on while you wait for your food and sip on a nice beer, a yummy cocktail, or even a good old glass of pop. They have the very best pepperonis ever!!! They get all toasty and crispy, they’re so good!!! Green Lantern truly is the king of pepperoni!!! To Green Lantern: You guys are the best! Keep doing what you’re doing!!!”

“I frequent this location very often, probably twice a day if not more. Today, I ordered from my mobile app and marked I was at the location already. I understand that drive thrus get busy, I do work in customer service myself, so I have more patience than most. However my order was rung in at 5:25pm. I was told to pull into spot #1 and wait while my order was being prepared. I was ok with this, but once I seen how many cars got in and out with bigger sized orders while I was still waiting, I decided to speak up to the wonderful women who was running orders out. When I asked her, she stated she didn't have anything in my order or even the order on the screen. She apologized and said she would get right on top of it. I wish I would have asked her name, because she was amazing. However, another 15 minutes went by (totalling my weight to 45min now) and I decided to go in and see what the hold up was. When I got in and asked questions the manager, Lynnette was rude! When I explained my situation to Lynnette, she laughed in my face!! And then was told they were handling it. Meanwhile while talking to this horrible manager, Lynette, I was also watching the wonderful women from previously, running back and forth trying to handle everything herself for my order and some as other employees approached her. Lynette was doing nothing but standing there talking to other employees, distracting them as they tried to work. When I tried speaking to Lynnette about what she could do for my wait time, again she laughed in my face and offered a cold small fry!! My order was for a fundraiser, I purchased 4 meals. A small "coold" fry as Lynette offered, is not worth wasting an hour of my time waiting for her to do her job, this is unacceptable. Lynette definitely needs a lesson in customer service and sure as hell doesn't deserve her position or pay. I have children and they have friends who work here as well and they all state how horrible this manager is. And how the owner does nothing about it. Lynette treats the other employees absolutely terrible and the owner allows it. no wonder Lynette still has a job. She should NOT be in any management positions as she has no idea how to play the role. I will not frequent this McDonald's anymore. I will drive the extra miles before I return here.”

“I’ve been going there 30 plus years. Love the scallion and bbq pork bun. Great to bring to a party grab and go bakers dozen all individually wrapped. They use tongs placing them in bag FYI. All friends and family love them 😊”

“I stumbled across a TikTok video today where the guy raved that the curry puffs with the cucumber salad at Sunrise Thai were absolutely fire — so of course I had to go check it out for myself. And let me tell you… he wasn’t lying.

Sunrise Thai is tucked into a little strip mall, but like the guy said, those are always the best spots — and this place proves it. I ordered the curry puffs and Pad Thai with chicken, and everything was phenomenal.

The curry puffs were insanely good — perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and dipping them into the cucumber salad took it to a whole different level. And the Pad Thai? Delicious. Perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little tang, with tender chicken and noodles cooked just right.

On top of all that, the service was great — friendly, fast, and welcoming. I’m 100% coming back. Sunrise Thai is a hidden gem that absolutely lives up to the hype!”

“One of the best Roast Duck, Roast Pig spot here in Madison Heights. I drive from Lansing just to come pick up roast duck or both when I really wants some or when I'm in the area I always stop by.
They also sell other meat there including cuttlefish, pig ears etc. its a small spot only for pick up and go. Price went up like everything else but cheaper then the one in Grand Rapid. I highly recommend. They only take cash.”

“My husband and I are from Missouri. We have tried plenty of boba places all over the U.S. when traveling. This is the best boba/general tea we have had anywhere. I ordered the Mango Sago, and my husband got Brown Sugar milk tea. The drinks are well balanced, toppings are generous, and the cashier was very friendly and upgraded our drinks due to being out of jumbo boba. We will be back before we leave! :)”

The entire floor staff and kitchen were extremely sweet congratulating us and making our day so special. I too, have a lot of restaurant work in my background and so I paid extra attention tonight. I'm happy to report that my take out experience this evening has been stellar! My call in was handled well and without issue and was ready when I went to pick it up. I only live 5 min away (if that) and the food was really warm, well packaged and delicious. Portions are generous as far as I'm concerned-these Corktown Fries are enough for two and the they don't skimp on the portions of crisp either. I am really glad I've finally been able to get to this place and I'm sure they're on my 'go-to' list from now on.”

Used to live in MH and recently moved a couple months ago. It’s a 20 minute drive one way to this location for me now but all the hungry Howies near my new place have awful service and food. Nobody beats the MH hungry Howies in my opinion!”

“I always love a good burger. I also do like Red Robin in particular. This time I tried the backyard BBQ burger with bacon, pulled pork, cheddar, and pickles. Delicious. Nice buttery bun everything had flavor. Sweet potato fries. (NGL 1st batch that came with my burger were cold). They got me some fresh ones ASAP. I like the milkshakes and selection of sandwiches. “I go out of my way to order here, because this location consistently gets my order done correctly, and they are efficient. The Royal Oak location is closer to home but has, a number of times, charged for sour cream, and then not delivered. 80cents adds up over time! They've also added meat to my vegetarian pizza a few times. The lines also tend not to budge late at night. Madison Heights ftw!”

The staff is very friendly and attentive, eager to help with any food allergies, and raced to give us a birthday treat to-go when I mentioned it had been the perfect bday meal.
