“Food was good and service was acceptable (nothing special) but you had a group of 5 guys leave your restaurant last night somewhat bewildered after your waitress Katarina made it quite clear she was not happy with the 20% tip we gave her. Apparently, our stay of about 3 hours eating and drinking was excessive. We may not be back.”

“We had a fantastic experience our first time and second time in! The food was delicious! We tried a couple hot pots and what a fun experience that was! The soup based we used house and Tom Yum. The restaurant was very clean. Our server “Hua” she so helpful, kindness, nice and so polite. Definitely, will be back here again.”

Ordered the crispy pork and roasted duck. I would imagine that eating while everything’s hot would be so much better, but the pork was a little dry with skins that weren’t crispy; however, the duck even when cold was delicious. Usually the ducks I’ve had in Chinese BBQ can be very salty, but this one was a good balance of sweet savory combination. It was tender and fatty, and the skin has a good flavor to it too. Definitely would recommend the roasted duck.”

“This is absolutely the best Mediterranean restaurant in the state of Michigan. Their chicken swarma is phenomenal it is never dried out always fresh with homemade phenomenal garlic sauce. The humas is the best I've ever eaten. The tabooli salad will knock you out.You will not find a better Mediterranean restaurant.Thanks for the great food great service and fair prices. The owners will be successful in this location because they are customer friendly and they deliver what they claim to be the best chicken swarma Anywhere.”

“I just had the most delicious supper there, and the service was top notch, too. I started with a limoncello/prosecco cocktail with crab cakes for an appetizer. My entree was the surf & turf (encrusted salmon filet atop a fresh, tender kale leaf with lamb chops), and my friend had the veal marsala, which was paired with a nice Pinot Noir. Both plates were perfectly prepared, and the side of fresh veggies were light and el dente. The complimentary brownie for my friend's birthday was moist, and Raz (the waiter) made our evening memorable. We also enjoyed the ambiance and decor. Can't wait to dine there again! P.S. It was all very reasonably priced, too!”

“I always love a good burger. I also do like Red Robin in particular. This time I tried the backyard BBQ burger with bacon, pulled pork, cheddar, and pickles. Delicious. Nice buttery bun everything had flavor. Sweet potato fries. (NGL 1st batch that came with my burger were cold). They got me some fresh ones ASAP. I like the milkshakes and selection of sandwiches. They could do better with the appetizers (hence I didn't get one) Would I go back? Yep..”

“I’ve been going there 30 plus years. Love the scallion and bbq pork bun. Great to bring to a party grab and go bakers dozen all individually wrapped. They use tongs placing them in bag FYI. All friends and family love them 😊”

“I had the chicken wings and garlic aloi fries. The wings was really good, big wings and had a lot of sauce on them. It's 12 for 20 which to me kinda expensive. The fries was disappointed in 7 dollars for some fries that's half of them was soggy. There was little cheese on it. The ones that was cooked was okay. I wouldn't highly recommend it but I would give it another try if different cooks was working. Saw one guy had to give his wings back before me because they was under cooked.”

“Went here for about three hours on my first visit to Detroit with my fiancé. She grew up on this place. I have traveled the world and believe this is the best pizza I have ever had. Also, their sandwiches are incredible Ashleigh the bartender was so cool and fun to interact with as were the rest of the patrons that were there.

Can’t wait to visit again. Will be a “must” meal next time I am in Detroit.”

“Though only limitedly open, Mr. Lee prepares the best sushi that I have ever had in my area (and outside of it in many cases).

His prices are extremely affordable, a large menu from which to choose from and he provides excellent service to you either as you wait or for carryout.

He is very friendly and I've noticed, while waiting for my food to be prepared, that he has many repeat customers (besides myself) with whom he greets warmly.”

“Don’t let the run down appearance of this older shopping plaza dissuade you from checking it out. It’s not dirty, very chaotic. This reminds me of your typical bakery that you’d find in a city like Bangkok or Hong Kong. Once you cross that threshold the treasure box is displayed. The baked goods are great, decent prices, and different than a typical US or EU style bakery, however it leans closer to French. The baked goods here use non traditional ingredients, e.g. rice flour and render a different style which I personally recommend. Note the taste a clearly focused around the Asian taste palette. Try something different and might be as pleased as I. Lastly, I’ve never had anything stale and I’ve been going here for about 12 years now.”

I was determined to sample something else on their menu tonight and while the hubs was figuring out what he wanted, I started to read the reviews and was a bit shocked with a few of them. I too, have a lot of restaurant work in my background and so I paid extra attention tonight. I'm happy to report that my take out experience this evening has been stellar! My call in was handled well and without issue and was ready when I went to pick it up. I only live 5 min away (if that) and the food was really warm, well packaged and delicious. Portions are generous as far as I'm concerned-these Corktown Fries are enough for two and the they don't skimp on the portions of crisp either. I am really glad I've finally been able to get to this place and I'm sure they're on my 'go-to' list from now on.”

“My husband and I are from Missouri. We have tried plenty of boba places all over the U.S. when traveling. This is the best boba/general tea we have had anywhere. I ordered the Mango Sago, and my husband got Brown Sugar milk tea. The drinks are well balanced, toppings are generous, and the cashier was very friendly and upgraded our drinks due to being out of jumbo boba. We will be back before we leave! :)”

“So amazing, was looking for a spot to go since I’m new to the area and this was amazing. So crispy and a huge amount of food for low prices. And really good hot mustard sauce. Not just from packets. This place needs more hype!!”

“Service was a tad slow, but our waitress was attentive when we needed her attention. Atmosphere was just ok, not amazing, but not the absolute worst. The restaurant mainly had Chinese people, which was comforting because if Chinese people came to eat here, it means that the food is probably actually decent.

The food was the best part here. I came here with my white husband, and I told him I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor of the tea they served us while we waited.

We got our appetizer of pork bao buns, which were yummy. My husband got his beef brisket noodle soup not long after while I had to wait a bit longer for my fried rice and orange chicken to come. The fried rice was just ok, and the orange chicken was pretty good, considering it seemed like they used orange rind in the sauce. My husband was mind blown over the portion of my food since I also got an egg roll with my meal for $13! It was huge, enough to cover like 1-2 more meals.

Overall, it is a decent Chinese restaurant.”

“This is my go-to Jets location. It’s not the closest to me, but it is so worth the extra drive time. The food is always fresh and done on time, the employees are always friendly and extremely helpful/quick to jump to fix any mix ups, it’s always super clean, everybody is always working, just top tier service. Would highly recommend coming here as you can tell they put love into making their food and they serve it with a smile. The lobby is a little small so it gets really crowded when it’s busy, but that’s about the only negative!”

“BEST HUNGRY HOWIES AROUND BY FAR!!! Give the man with the twisted locs (I should have asked for his name but unfortunately did not) a raise!! He gives great service and makes delicious pizza & subs! Used to live in MH and recently moved a couple months ago. It’s a 20 minute drive one way to this location for me now but all the hungry Howies near my new place have awful service and food. Nobody beats the MH hungry Howies in my opinion!”
