“I came to Umai Café in Troy for my birthday because I really wanted to try their soufflé pancakes — and they did not disappoint! They were light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the sando, which was just as good — flavorful and satisfying.

The café itself has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were very kind. The only small hiccup was that the posted hours said they open at 11:30, but they didn’t open until 12:00, so keep that in mind if you’re planning an early visit.

“What can one say about this! Amazing coffee, meaning a real mean and perfect double espresso, and silence, all that in the middle of an incredible museum. My wife and I went to this place through a spiral staircase of the first level and were stunned. And to top all that, I was so intrigued by the crests that adorned the walls.
