“Went in to grab a sub with my kids and my 2 year old was throwing a fit because he wanted to pick his own toppings. So I let him and let me tell you what Mariah (I believe that's what her name tag said) was very patient and served us with a smile on her face the entire time. “My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! All three of us agree the store manager is amazing!!“

“foods always great. quick seating. very friendly!!! so kind and helpful. we've had the same woman help us a couple times now, she is the best. she makes my girls feel included and special. she helps with putting food in box's, cheecks in often. the young girl who seated us tonight was a sweet heart. my girls keep calling her new sister lol I'm so grateful for the staff, it's so nice feeling welcomed.“

“Whoever the manager was at the 1 am time slot of 5/16/2026 was an absolute beast. She understands what it means to the customer when they’re orders are correct. She went out of her way to allow 3 moblie orders in one transaction and then when we accidentally got too little of items in one of our orders she checked and gave us the correct amount. This lady is a legend and understands that the service industry is dependent on the customer experience. THANK YOU!!“
