“I stopped in for breakfast after seeing the doctor this morning, and it wasn't too busy. I got seated right away. I ordered the combo omelet and it was delicious. Hashbrowns and rye toast came with the omelet. I had onions added to the hashbrowns and it was ok. I was a little disappointed with the size of the coffee cups, which required multiple refills . But the service and attention from my waitress made up for it.“
“Went to Maud's Variety for the first time with my partner for an Industry Night Monday featuring Chef Ange Toye and their pop-up dinner menu: Con Pepe.The food was amazing! We ordered 1 of everything... My partner gave it a 9 out of 10, and I undoubtedly agreed. The dishes were full of flavourful ingredients and components with an array of textures and tastes. The total of the food was $75, and we both had Rosemary Paloma mocktails at $7.50 a piece. $100 for a nice date night isn't so bad!The service was okay. It was busy with 2 serving staff on-site. I had asked for a water multiple times, but that request seemed to be low on the priority list since it took me a fourth attempt to receive said water.The atmosphere is very cool and ambient with a retro vibe to the place. Plenty of Mitton Street Village pictures and memorabilia, including the Harry's Family Restaurant sign in the kitchen, which was cool to see!“

“In town on business, I saw this pub as a passer by. Parking is in the street, but plenty of space. I entered, made my way to the bar and promptly greeted by the bartender. They have a full bar, about maybe 15 beers on tap, and a full menu. I had a big lunch, so just a quick beer and sweet potato fries. (They were each fantastic!) Maybe the best $10 I’ve ever spent. This place has it going on! My overall experience was excellent!Parking: Parking is parallel on the street, but we’ll lit and plenty of space.“
“I order take out the Fish and chip . It was busy but my food was ready when I got there I only live about 6 min away. It was delicious they need to updated the prices but it also came with a side salad and 3 nice size pieces of fish . Fry's was good too.“

“This is a great lil place to get away from the chaos for a bit. Great staff, calm inviting atmosphere, good prices on drinks. I definitely recommend Skidgies if you’re looking for a place where you can just get away and actually hear what your friends are saying. We stopped in for my birthday Sunday afternoon. It's so good to see bars with decent prices and specials, coming from Toronto where it absolutely sucks to go to a bar, everything is so expensive in Toronto.“
“We were in Sarnia for a basketball tournament and decided to go here with a big group and they were able to accommodate us and the service and food were amazing. Can say enough about this place. Cozy and if we are ever down that way again, this will be our first stop!!!“
“If you like karaoke you will love this bar! Whether you can carry a tune or not, get behind that mick. No judgment zone here. It's loud- not too bad though, and everyone's having fun. There are two pooltables so you can play a game in between singing your favorite karaoke tunes. Bartender Ladies have great personalities and gorgeous!Only four stars because the parking lots lighting sucks and trying to get up to the bar's door entrance from the back of the bar's parking lot your blinded from the light that's at the bar's door entrance shining in your eyes.“

“The places totally awesome! The bartender is a very sweet woman. Very good looking also. I had two draft Killian beers ice cold they were great! You do have to spend more than $10 if you would like to pay by credit card. I will definitely be back! This was Thursday March 11th around 1:00 p.m..“
“Very busy.Had a great time .I had a complicated drink order and the waitress was super patient and got my order correct.Really enjoyed my time. Food was great and everyone else's food looked good, no complaints.If you show up with a group bigger than 8, your food may come at different times, they try their best to get them all at once, but it is a small spot and very busy. No complaints.“
