“I came to the Jimmy John’s here and they were very, very busy with a long line and I could not believe the great customer service that I got they all worked together. It was great teamwork. The prices are kind of expensive but it’s well worth it. The top three employees that I like the best actually Was Antonio. He had a smile on his face. He sure doesn’t even care if the line is so long. He’s just happy to have a paycheck.“

“So conveniently located!! We stopped on our way home from Fremont, and ordered 6 subs. The staff was highly professional, very efficient, and the experience was fun! They obviously liked their jobs, and worked well together. All of our subs were perfect!! Service with a smile!!!“

“Food was okay. They weren't busy and it still took 15 minutes for our order. I am going to continue to downgrade my reviews for any business such as Subway that try to get me to subsidize employee pay with a tip on the checkout screen.“

“The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the fact that when I walked in the door one of the sandwich artists was sweeping and there couldn't have been a crumb on the floor!!! All of the artists had smiles on their faces and said hello when we walked in. I know that during these times it can be easy to get bored and develop lax habits but, not this crew. Also the owner or manager was there demonstrating a new product to the crew and she threw gloves on and walked them through the process. That was so amazing to see. I've been on both sides and that is rare! Although this location is a little farther than my usual, I'll definitely go the extra mile...for a crew who does the same!“

“I hate to be one of “those people,” and I swear I’m usually not, but my sub was delivered today - luke warm & missing my soup and drink. It was here super quick, so I’m not sure why it would be cold. It was a bummer but I can tell that on a good day, this food would’ve been phenomenal and I plan on giving it a second chance. The Cajun mayo is perfect.“

“This subway is now owned by Wesco Inc, and is under new management!!! They are working super hard to build their customer base. If you were here in the past and had a bad experience, I strongly recommend coming back and meeting the new team! They will take care of you, AND you are always welcome to have your sub made your way.“

“This Subway staff is consistent with their timing, quality, and care. Best one by far, stop here if you're passing through, tip them if you can, they're working hard and corporations ain't going to be paying their fair share anytime soon so we need to help each other out when we can.“

“I usually frequent this store but today I went to a different location and regretted it. I'm running right back to my regular store on Henry. It's always made right the first time. It's always clean inside and I've always had excellent customer service.“
