The walls and face shields are still up. Not as busy as Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant at lunch. I was the only guest getting take out. The location is pretty far out east too. Prices are a little more than Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant. Fast service. No issues. They speak decent english.\n\nThe taste. I ordered the schwean/szechuan chicken combo. Tasted good. Slightly different than Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant. I can tell they used garlic pepper for the schwean/szechuan chicken. Not necessary for this dish. Good eggrolls. Same dipping sauce but a little on the sour side. Needs a little water to fix taste. The combo plate had less food than expected.\n\nAll in all both this place and Leong's 23 Chinese Restaurant make good chinese food. Try one, or try both. Both are good enough for my taste. Trust me, these two places are above average. Other places I've been to have been worse.\n\n*****I've lived in Saginaw for about 20 years of my life and we make some good Chinese food. I've had the best Chinese food. Bar none. I've been a dishwasher for a good Chinese restaurant, waiter, and a cook. I know my menu and how each dish should taste. I'm an Asian restaurant guy and a major Chinese food cook and critic. I was raised on Chinese food. I worked at many different Chinese restaurant. My uncles own about 10-20 Chinese restaurant in upper Michigan.*****\n\nHighly recommended“

“Took grandson f his birthday! Very disappointing our chicken was tough , egg roll and soup all tasted bad like bad oil and my hubby got a combo and he said he’s never tasted bad Chinese food like this!!!“

“Place was very easy to find and access. Placed a large online order and it took 15 mins. Very clean place with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff and the order was packed perfectly. Everything we ordered was amazing. Fresh food and the veggies were so good. All the sauces and gravy were delicious. The hot and sour soup was packed with lots of vegetables and soy. Was the best I’ve had. This place is a diamond in the rough. Not many good Chinese restaurants in the area that come even as close to this Leongs.“

“Food was ready quick and they even plastic wrapped my takeout boxes. Better yet, the takeout boxes themselves weren’t styrofoam nor did they have tin foil on the inside. Nothing is worse than getting the foil in your food after accidentally ripping it.“
