“Love the nostalgia of this ice cream parlor, the ice cream was incredible and you can tell they make it themselves in house! I had a scoop of the birthday cake and scooby doo and the were out of this world! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due to slow service. The kids in there did what they could but I believe they were short staffed. Other than that. This is some of the best ice cream I've had in the area!

Parking: They do have a small parking lot so on a busy day you might have to park in the street.

“The absolute best little bakery and cafe. Everything and I mean everything is delicious. It’s all home made from scratch and so so so good. It’s one of those places you can take anybody to and they’ll find something yummy to eat. It feels so good to be able to go out with my little daughter and be able to feed her good food she actually is excited to eat. A very special place!

“Biggy Monroe is THE BEST. As a coffee snob, I used to think Starbucks was good. OMG was I wrong! Biggby coffee is better tasting, better prices, and the staff are the best! Violet, Audra, Ava, Aiden, Sam, Kiah (to name a few) are always pleasant, funny and remember our order before I even speak. lol. Plus, the specials they offer can't be beat! “Stopped at the BIGGBY Coffee in Flat Rock this morning as my usual BIGGBY stop was still not open after 6:10 am. Well, I’ll be frequenting the Flat Rock location from now on! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, quick service, and I believe it was the owner, gave me a stack of coupons to give to the teachers at my school! Excellent experience overall!!“

“The sandwiches were seriously delicious especially the bagel. We were pleasantly surprised Wendy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The dining room was clean and the drink station as well. We will definitely be returning to this location and we will recommend to others.
