“This was our favorite Mediterranean restaurant before they moved to the grocery store. The staff are always so friendly and we continue to choose them over all other restaurants in the area. My go to is the Mediterranean chicken stir fry with rice! Try it, you won’t be disappointed:)“

“New menu was amazing. We had the potatoes, the scallops, burrata, and mushroom with shiitake dish. Burrata was hands down my favorite, thing. Perfect combination!! Highly recommend everything I got and the service was perfect, I mean like I finished my water and by the time my glass hit the table it was refilled. This was actually my second time, I’ve been before for a friends birthday and we had a different menu…..the pomegranate ribs were mouthwatering delicious. “Got a coupon for Middle Eats so came to check it out. It was pretty busy in the middle of the afternoon, so I figured people must really like this place. Guy on register was very accommodating to our requests and did not rush us at all without holding anyone up. The man who gave us our food served us with a beautiful smile.

I was absolutely shocked at the amount of food I received. The shawarma bowl is HUGE! Not just a great portion, either. Its great quality! So delicious! All the flavors are present but not overpowering. I will be having this for lunch and dinner!“

They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “I order from here often for years now. My go to is the chicken stir-fry, no mushrooms or green pepper ands extra carrots. I've had the chicken pita, strips, fries, etc and everything is always pretty good. Prices are fake and you get a pretty decent amount of food. I always have leftovers. Staff has always been friendly and inviting. I recommend if you're looking for great food at the mall or even carry out for dinner.“

“So good! The octopus was the best octopus dish I've ever eaten - it was so tender with a slight crisp and so flavorful. I didn't even get a picture before we dug into it. The pork collar was a great blend of textures and flavors - I got extra bread just to have a delivery vehicle for the peach conserva in this dish. The croquettes were a must too, they packed so much mushroom goodness in them. We got 3 small plates and 4 large plates, which was more than enough for 4 people. Will be coming back again.“

Also didn’t receive the pita I had asked for. “Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!!
