“This was our favorite Mediterranean restaurant before they moved to the grocery store. The staff are always so friendly and we continue to choose them over all other restaurants in the area. My go to is the Mediterranean chicken stir fry with rice! Try it, you won’t be disappointed:)“

“New menu was amazing. We had the potatoes, the scallops, burrata, and mushroom with shiitake dish. Burrata was hands down my favorite, thing. Perfect combination!! Highly recommend everything I got and the service was perfect, I mean like I finished my water and by the time my glass hit the table it was refilled. This was actually my second time, I’ve been before for a friends birthday and we had a different menu…..the pomegranate ribs were mouthwatering delicious. Not to mention the atmosphere inside, I personally love plants and that’s the first thing you notice when you walk in the door. Check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!“

“Got a coupon for Middle Eats so came to check it out. It was pretty busy in the middle of the afternoon, so I figured people must really like this place. Guy on register was very accommodating to our requests and did not rush us at all without holding anyone up. The man who gave us our food served us with a beautiful smile.

I was absolutely shocked at the amount of food I received. The shawarma bowl is HUGE! Not just a great portion, either. Its great quality! So delicious! All the flavors are present but not overpowering. I will be having this for lunch and dinner!“

“Delicious shawarma bowls: chicken, beef, falafel or gyro. I haven't tried the cream chop but I know those are good too. The pink Greek dressing can't found everywhere so I like that they have it here. Food is always fresh and they run a very neat and clean kitchen and grill. The staff is always courteous. “At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

“I love chickpea kitchen. Since my first time here almost a year ago, I’ve been back countless times. The food is authentic and the flavors are bold and tasty. “Food was great but I was a little disappointed because I had asked for hummus and garlic sauce in my bowl. The smallest amount of hummus and no garlic sauce made the bowl kinda dry. Also didn’t receive the pita I had asked for. This order was placed online and my husband went to pick it up, he said when he got there the place was completely dead so I’m wondering why the simplest things could be missing.“

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! We will def make the 1.5 hour drive to go back and do it frequently!!!“

“This place is awesome. The service is incredible. But the food was even better! The interior of it takes you back to a simpler time. Family owned and operated. The server was the sister of the cook. The coney dogs didn’t stand a chance. Fries were so crunchy and delicious. While there, the folks sitting to the left of me ordered breakfast. “So good! The octopus was the best octopus dish I've ever eaten - it was so tender with a slight crisp and so flavorful. I didn't even get a picture before we dug into it. The pork collar was a great blend of textures and flavors - I got extra bread just to have a delivery vehicle for the peach conserva in this dish. The croquettes were a must too, they packed so much mushroom goodness in them. We got 3 small plates and 4 large plates, which was more than enough for 4 people. Will be coming back again.“
