“Every time I come in here I always have a great experience. The staff are very professional and friendly. And I must say they're caramel frappe is way better than Mcdonald's! I may have found my new spot for a caramel frappe. Also their breakfast sandwich when I opened it up it looked a little small at first. “The cashier was completely rude to us for no reason upon checking out. We placed our loose items and small items on the belt. Everything else was single layer in the cart with the bar codes facing up for her convenience. But, after she scanned the cart full of items before us, she snapped at my husband. demanding everything be on the belt. This attitude was unprovoked, and not appreciated. And in the end created more work for not only us but herself while costing customers. I am not paying to deal with hostile employees. There are other warehouse stores like Costco & BJ's that would love and probably even appreciate our business.“

“I love the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, and that's why I come to Panera.
So today, I did the Pick Two option, and in addition to my half of a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, I added a bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. It was also nice that when I asked for water, she provided me with a cup, free of charge, to fill at the drinking station.
Everything was as expected, and I will be back in the future.“

“Came to town to celebrate my cousin's upcoming wedding and I stopped here with her for some cocktails. The atmosphere was perfect, we used the outdoor seating area and enjoyed hanging out for a few hours. Drinks were super good, all the staff was friendly, and our server, Nick, was super fun and we enjoyed chatting with him! Thank you, Saint 1881 and staff. We had an amazing time :)“

“Went through the drive-thru to get coffee for my sister who has been dealing with morning sickness. Realized after I got the coffee that she can’t do whip cream and prefers oat milk now. The baristas were very kind and patient. They remade the coffee and didn’t charge us even though I wanted to pay. Been here several times, but today you went over and beyond. Really appreciate you guys. :) Coffee and service is always good here!!“
