“I've been to all the Factory Coffee locations now, and I've never had a bad experience. Service is always amazing, kind and helpful, especially for a foodie/coffee nut like me who can be indecisive. Each atmosphere is a bit different, but I've been able to do work or meet with people at all of them- super cozy and modern. Food and drinks are great too! Espresso has been perfectly brewed everywhere I've gone, not sour or bitter, while maintaining a bold flavor. I love their fun specials too! (Baklava latte is RIDICULOUS). Im glad to have a go-to coffee spot in kzoo now!“

“The food was excellent and filling. We had a newer waitress but she was excellent and we liked her. I split my meal with another person in our party and we still had plenty. We had a large table in a corner by the window. I had such a generous portion of hashbrowns and I was so happy with it. It's was reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.“

“I went there this morning at like 6:50/7 am ish, I just moved here from a smaller area and the girls this morning were great. My sandwhich was cut in half?? I don’t know if that’s a bigby standard or if my location back home was lacking but I was AMAZED by that. And my mock tail tasted different than usual, which is outstanding it’s so much better than my normal location. The 2 girls that were working did so well with making my items and I’m definitely coming back. The little things matter and this place definitely made it a great experience enjoying my food, they for sure deserve a performance bonus!❤️“

“I've been to this location twice and each time I went in to order. The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. The 2nd time they cashier was not very friendly and she acted like doing her job was inconvenient for her. I would enjoy to return when the 1st lady is there.“

“Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

As ex-locals who've been away from Kalamazoo for a while, revisiting Sweetwater's Donut Mill was like unearthing a cherished, delicious memory – and it was even better than we remembered!
The moment you walk in, the familiar, comforting aroma of freshly baked donuts instantly transports you back. The sheer variety is still astounding; from classic glazed and old-fashioned to their more unique and decadent creations, there's something to tempt every palate.
For anyone who grew up in or lived in Kalamazoo, Sweetwater's is more than just a donut shop – it's a nostalgic landmark. Coming back and finding it just as fantastic as we left it was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were just as friendly and efficient as we remembered, too!
If you're an ex-local like us, or even if you're just passing through Kalamazoo, do yourself a HUGE favor and stop by Sweetwater's Donut Mill. We'll be making sure it's not a forgotten favorite ever again!“

“Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.“

“I just stopped here after three years of Not having sweet water! I stopped in at the drive-through and Olivia was amazing! Her customer service was amazing and it’s hard to find that nowadays! She even was able to show me the difference between a yeast donut and a cake donut she was just fabulous! “I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that a) makes great coffee and b) doesn't have music playing! Why does everywhere feel the need to play music? Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.“
