“Always love coming to the Frank St location! The coffee special can usually be made as a matcha, which is how I ended up with an amazing iced baklava matcha latte (that I went back for a second one of that week!) If you can catch any of the events going on they are well worth going to. The space is beautiful to hang out in with board games and a photo booth, and staff is always polite. Highly recommend coming in when you have the chance.“

“I have a sister-in-law from Otsego that brought down the wonderful incredibly phenomenal blueberry cinnamon buns and I would highly recommend those best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had and now coming from Paw Paw to head to Otsego just to go there and experience more of their food. I can’t imagine if you pass this one up don’t and any opportunity you have be sure to go there ,You will not regret it.“

“Had a red pepper soup du jour and a cup of drip coffee. Coffee was perfect and the soup du jour was super tasty and satisfying. The people who served us were kind and genuine. Music was pleasant, unobtrusive, and at an appropriate volume so I could focus on conversation with my family without the music setting off my auditory processing disorder. Really impressed by how enjoyable it was to be here! 🙏“

“Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this one. My friends and I came in for breakfast the other day, and Cassie our waitress was awesome. The food was great, but she really made the experience. There was a table being super rude to her, and she still stayed calm, kind, and totally professional. We felt so bad for her but were really impressed with how she handled it. We made sure to leave her a big tip....she definitely deserved it.“

“I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that a) makes great coffee and b) doesn't have music playing! Why does everywhere feel the need to play music? Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.“

“Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.“
