“Tried this place for the first time today! Rider was my server and he was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable funny and sweet. Genuinely had such a good time just being in his presence and he was very attentive! Tried the flaming fig, although without the jam. Didn't personally find it too spicy without the jam, although my friend found it slightly spicy with the jam. Either way it was the most delicious grilled cheese ever. Great wine selection, and don't be afraid to try the espresso drink made with blood orange soda, it was very good! On the store side of things, there was a great selection of product and the service was great. Will definitely tell as many people as possible about this place and will come again!“

“The food here is great. This was our 1st time here. We were here all the way from Wisconsin for an event and i asked who got the best soul food in town and was told to stop by Cornbread. Amazing food, and service, and the place was clean. The Staff went above the call of duty. Ms. Donya if you see this, you are a JEWEL! This lady was right on time with everything. We visited the restaurant on Friday upon arrival to Michigan and was the first customers on Sunday 11:30AM as we were leaving from Michigan to return home. Go here, you will not be disappointed. The PRICE IS RIGHT.....and the Staff is BRIGHT!“

We're Sipper Club members and it's worth joining - special pricing, special events and early notification of our favorite wines from wineries throughout Michigan. Snacks are available to purchase, but we sometimes take our own meat, cheese and fruit tray with us to enjoy there with our wine. It's a great place to meet up with friends too.“

“On Friday, February 6, we went to Capitol Grille. It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event. Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words. “My wife and I used to go to the Sterling Heights Restaurant and loved it very much. Especially their pizza! We ran accross the Clarkston location about 3 years or so ago and have taken many family members and friends there. Unfortunately, they won't serve their larger family size pizza to inside diners. They only serve it to carry out clients. Several times, especially after we were given back our freedom, we were making plans to go to dinner with friends for pizza and I suggested going there. My wife reminded me they only serve personal pan pizza's. Unfortunately, they do not taste the same. So, we choose Pizza Mia in Grand Blanc when we wan't pizza. We do go to Boligna's when it isn't a pizza night. Unfortunate!“

“I took my family here for dinner one evening, and I believe they met every single expectation that I had, the flavors where fantastic the steak cook perfectly along with the vegetables. I never saw a glass empty or felt the need to flag anyone down. They truly made the celebration even better. Btw that steak just seemed to melt in my mouth.“
