“My husband and I absolutely love this Taco Bell. I have been eating here since the 80s as a kid and it has always held special memories for me. But the staff and management always make going there even more enjoyable since we moved back to Redford three years ago. They go above and beyond to ensure we get exactly what we ordered fast and fresh and could not be more grateful to them. Kindness is what you will get when you dine here and we are there for it. “Fast paced even when the lines are long it still is fast.The manager with the dreads I forgot her name she short I messed up my own drink order she knew what I wanted though corrected it and didn't get mad when I got to the window.Normally people would get upset for changing your order at the window but not her.She was patient and kind. I wish I remembered her name but I'll be back because good customer service always bring me back no matter how far I got to go.“

“I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme). It was also great, very satisfying.“

I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“I normally don’t write reviews, but after just spending money on a take out order that they didn’t include the chips I ordered then said that I didn’t order them, which I did because I ordered a large mild salsa. Why would I do that? so the manager , Sam, told me I could come back to the restaurant, but he would have to charge me for the chips that they made a mistake on. And even worse was, I had to wait for them to make my tostada, and when I got it home, the cheese was not even melted. It was just placed on top of the beef with no tomato or lettuce and the cheese on the burritos was cold and like rubber. I Will not go back there. The food and service was terrible.“

Servers are friendly. The wait from ordering to plates on table was pretty quick. There is limited seating that's the reason for the 3 star rating on atmosphere, otherwise it is clean and pleasant.“

“Came in to give it a try and wasn’t helped for like 3-5 minutes. Like there was no one even in the place to help me, it was empty, I was even checking to make sure I didn’t walk into a closed restaurant by accident. But eventually someone came out from the back and I ordered two hard shell tacos a la carte. I had read the reviews that they get soggy so I ate one in the parking lot, lol and it was nice and crispy and one when I got home, it was a bit mushy. They had a very nice flavor, wish there were more tomatoes, I’ll probably ask for extra next time. They were pricey as others have said, costing me almost $10.00 for two tacos (smaller than T-Bell). Not a place you can frequent, but worth a try. The place was being used as storage and the inside didn’t come off the most clean because of it. Also, no inside dining, carry out only.“

“I love the food here. I come pick up regularly and I’m in love with their bowls, burritos and tacos. Their guac is yummy and chunky, all their proteins feel high quality. You can’t go wrong with any choice. The chicken bowl I had last night was so flavorful and satisfying, I love how the chicken is cut up so it’s easy to eat. One time I had an issue with my burrito and they remade for me and let me keep the first one. All the customer service I’ve received has been friendly and professional.“

“Came in yesterday on taco Tuesday for carry out. The wait was long but they were super busy and seemed to be short staffed. The girls who were working were running around like crazy. I give them props. My inpatient son said the tacos were worth the wait! It was our first time in. We will be back. The food was yummy and the portions were great. 👍“

“Our family stopped In there today to try for the first time. We had 2 Large steak burritos, 1 veggie burrito bowl and 2 churros. Food was amazingly good. The establishment was clean. The staff was friendly. All the food options looked and tasted fresh. Churros rocked. Heck I might stop in just for those alone.
