“Amazing experience. They were incredibly sweet when we ordered on the phone and when I arrived the lady was really friendly. She asked me about my day and job and just genuinely kept me engaged in easy conversation while they finished up. We ordered subs and they were divine. The ham and cheese was exactly what you want in a ham and cheese, and the buffalo chicken was incredible. The salad was delicious too. Definitely our new sub spot.“

“This was a fun place for the kids, as they got to select from about 15 different flavors of frozen yogurt and then proceed to a seemingly endless buffet of toppings which included, fruits, nuts, candies of all sorts, sauces, hot fudge, and more. You are charged by weight, so consider that when adding those chunks of cookie dough topping to your creation! Overall a fun place.“

“This place is truly a 5 star restaurant, if I could give it 6 stars I would. We had reserved a space for 20 people, and as you may know, it can be difficult to manage that many people. We had our own room for our party, and for one, the room was beautiful, it was so perfect and had a fantastic atmosphere that helped to foster the amazing time we were having.Chef Jenna is incredible. She is truly such an amazing person. She had a bouquet of flowers for my new wife, and they were stunningly beautiful. She also had a gift for my little niece who is about to turn one. She is truly a local gem I can't overstate itThe service we received was truly top notch, the food courses were delivered flawlessy, it was the most perfect amount of food, from the appetizers, salad, main courses, and more including the desert course. By the time we were at desert, we had just enough room. There was absolutely no course that any of the 20, including me and my wife, disliked.Everyone was truly blown away by the experience and I am not just saying that, I have never had such good service.Our water cups were always full, and everyone of the staff was truly so fantastic. Our main waitress was also SO AMAZING!If you are looking to celebrate an anniversary, wedding, or really any celebration, there is nowhere you can go in probably all of Grand Rapids and surrounding areas, that will provide you with such a flawless experience. “Stopped in for lunch after a mid morning walk along the river. Tried their lunch special 1/2 grilled cheese with the lentil soup and a caramel carrot cake latte, everything was delicious. Service was on point from the barista, counter help to the cooks in the back. The place was packed, I sat at the counter, had to wait for people to get up before taking a seat-standing room only. There's everything on the menu-coffee, pastries, toasts, breakfast, sandwiches, bowls, salads, soups. Nice place. Visiting from VA on spring break.“

“Our family's favorite hot dog place for years! So many fun combos. Close to LMCU Ballpark. My Faves: Goofy - crunchy peanut butter (can also choose creamy peanut butter), chili, pickles, and topped with corn chips Rage - version of the Chicago dog Clean restaurant and bathroom!“

The atmosphere excellent, however our server was "NOT GREAT", I don't remember his name but his excuse for poor service ( we had to flag him down EVERYTIME we needed something, he never once stopped by to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. I will definitely go again as I'm sure it was just a fluke and I just happen to get one bad server so I will give it another go but the food was Top Shelf and the atmosphere was perfect“

“Beautiful spot near the river. The food is incredible. Some of the best wings I've had recently. Dry rubbed and seasoned after smoking then dropping in a fryer. It's my favorite way for wings. The shrimp Po'Boy was good, but nothing that made it stand out against others I have. Needed more spice or a hot sauce maybe. But the season fries were the real center piece. I'm not normally a fry guy by nature, but I've never had seasoned fries this good. Not even close.The beers were delicious. It's hard to find such great Fruited sours lightly tart and so sweet. Exceptional. Sampled a couple of others, lots of flavor in the beers we got.Only real critique is the bar/ordering set up. If we are to go to the bar and order our own food and drink, it shouldn't be at the end of the bar far from the taps. While also being near the door. I watched confused faces all day, and it really gummed up traffic at times. Curious to why this set up wasn't run at the middle of the bar like what I've seen at other breweries. More rapid response for pint pours.Stop in for a food and a drink ASAP.“

“Nantucket Bakery created and delivered a delicious three-tiered cake for our wedding. From taste testing, the fine details and many emails, to the finished product, we experienced wonderful service, and the cake was everything we dreamed it would be. The only hesitation we had was a longer delivery route, but having taste tested many bakeries, the quality of Nantucket shined through, and we couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cake. And our worries about the long delivery were for naught! It was decorate exactly as described, and all our guests raved about the multiple flavors (strawberry and crème, and lemon) options. We’re very grateful to Jenna especially who was so kind and good to work with. We’ve ordered many cakes and baked goods over the years from Nantucket, and everything has always turned-out spot on. We highly recommend them!“

“I called Sara’s Sweets on a Thursday afternoon and they told me they could have a cake ready by Saturday morning at 10 am. It was simple, a white cake with white buttercream frosting and shredded coconut on the outside and a little “Happy Birthday” on the board in purple. They created the perfect cake for my mom’s birthday. We were in from out of town and it was the icing on the cake (literally) to her birthday. The cake designer went above and beyond to make not only the cake perfect but also our experience. He was friendly, and clearly has a passion for what he does. Thank you for such a great experience.“

“The peanut butter cheesecake was out of this world! We also bought a regular New York style cheesecake for the kids. Everyone loved the cheesecakes. LuAnn went above and beyond for our family for my son's birthday. I've paid a lot more money for cheesecakes that were not as good from other retailers. Definitely recommend this bakery. Absolutely delicious!“
