“Having never been to a Cold Stone Creamery before I was impressed that they actually make your order on a cold stone. Staff was friendly, there was a few people in line ahead of me but they are fast and the wait was minimal. The prices are slightly higher than your average Dairy Queen, but not prohibitively so. Also the ice cream is made fresh in store daily and the flavor reflects this. It's absolutely with the extra cost“
“We had another ice cream truck company cancel on our band camp this past Friday at the last minute. I called Captain Kool and within 5 minutes they were at our school. They saved the day!!! Drew (The Driver) was so kind & accommodating!!! We will be booking them for our camp from now on!!!“

“Great little neighborhood spot with a manageably diverse menu. Lots of dessert options and a few snacks and mains. Went yesterday for their first wingding Wednesday and had some delicious wings and banana pudding ice cream. We’ll be making this a regular summer spot. “Perfect, peaceful cafe. Had both the espresso and cappuccino during different visits. They were brewed at the right temp, which allowed for immediate sipping without burning my mouth. The Gelato was great and and was very smooth. The spoons were cute too. Kids and I have returned 2xs after discovery of this place and enjoy the simple, elegant and peaceful vibes the environment provides to end a long day or week. Staff is also extremely friendly.“

“Love this place! Close to home so we stop in pretty frequently to check out the latest flavors. The new remodel looks awesome and definitely brings out a castle vibe. There is now a space for people to have game nights and host events as well. Another great feature is the amount of vegan & gluten free options available. The owner is great and really brings the whole place together!“

“The best cookies and cinnamon roll in Metro Detroit. The cinnamon rolls are huge, made fresh and served warm on the weekends. They are always a big hit at my Open Houses! Highly recommend both, and I look forward to trying the ice cream cookie sandwich. it looks amazing, you can customize your sandwich by choosing your choice of cookies and ice cream flavors.“

“The Apple Bar was delicious! So far my favorite sandwiches are the Italian Lunch Wrap and Veggie Bun. The Chocolate Almond Croissant is wonderful as well. I'd like to try some of the other bagel sandwiches. Wish they were open later bc I get out of work after they close. My friend and I loved the ambience. We plan on coming back.“

“Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.“

“This new girl red hair with green eyes is super nice. I’ve been going to this cold stone for a little while and noticed they hired a new girl. She is a really nice employee and she was really sweet. “when I’ve come here with my friends on campus, the guy up front who wears the hat and looks a little bit like pete davidson (lol) has always been super responsive, friendly, and communicative about questions, even tho it’s late at night and yall are working with a bunch of crazy customers lol. keep it up, you guys are great!“
