“I order fairly regularly the tacos and chips and dips. All have been quite flavorful and delicious. I've been less impressed by the bowls and burritos as in general all can be overpowered by sauces. Great rewards program gives discounts and points often. The interior is fun but this store is a bit dark on the interior making it hard to read menus. Service is friendly and standard for service these days. Easy online ordering and pickup. Overall great if your looking for more American-styled Mexican food with punchy flavors.“

Danny, our server, was newly back to work at Pronto and I've never seen a server work so hard to accommodate people and ensure we were well cared for. the entire staff and clientele were so kind and encouraging. I spent most of the meal examining the lighting fixtures (there are so many!!!), and our family searched for disco balls (also SO MANY!). “I really love this place, but PLEASE fix it so that Fresh Rolls can be ordered through Uber again. They are on the menu on DoorDash, but went missing off the UberEats menu several months ago.“

“The food was superb! You can see the meat rotating in the kitchen that they cut off. I went with a friend and tried the Pork Gyro and the spinach and feta spiral.

The pita they use for the gyro is nice and pully. The meat, sauce, other toppings you can choose with large variety.

The spiral was really well done with a chewy inside and crispy finish on the bottom and flaky on top. The feta plus spinach went well together and it was warm when I got it.

My only issue is the only water they served was bottled fuji or Evian which is a little frustrating price wise.“

She knew the beers like the back of her hand and we had a great conversation about local breweries and beers we are huge fans of! Keep up the great work. Last time they ran out of anchovies, and he was very apologetic he offered me something in place of it.I said, no because i was really craving the anchovies. Today I forgot to order the anchovies. Not only did he remember the last time i did not get any and I really wanted them. He apologized again and gave me the anchovies, I forgot to order free this time. For an employee to remember such a small simple thing like that. And do what he could to make it right. He is a great employee. Give him a raise or something.“
