“I did a mobile order, food was timely but the app didn't quite work right so I was missing a free reward (scoop of ice cream) and the manager (Kerra) came back out, walked me through the app, and the app didn't work right. So she went in the store and came back with a scoop. She didn't have to, but she wanted to make me happy and I really appreciated it. Top notch manager and service!“

“The Wendy's in shields is always tasty and fairly quick. I grew up going to that one with my dad and I love that I can still go there to get a frosty when I'm missing my dad. If I've had a bad experience there, I dont remember it“

“Would be great if we have to pull forward At least give me my entire meal at once. Pulling forward and waiting 5 min for drinks as my food gets cold in the vehicle is not ideal. With that said the staff is always super chipper. Rarely do I not get service with a smile and a thank you. Goes a very long way when you’re asked to pull forward. My favorite tends to be the young lady that always tells me to have a golden day.“
