“Wow! I come here all the time and this is the first time service was really bad! Only 3 other tables were occupied. 2 servers on duty. Took forever to get my order taken and double that time to get my food. Food was luke warm and she forgot my ranch dressing. Asked 2 additional times for my ranch and never got it. Totally shocked!“

“We had our wedding at Vinology and I am beyond glad that we did. To say they were great to work with would be a major understatement as we were absolutely blown away by everything- from their stunning venue and exquisite food to their incredible customer service. Vinology not only handles their events with professionalism and attention to detail, but they genuinely care about the people they are hosting the events for.

From the very start, the communication was impeccable. We primarily worked with Neal, who was amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We also worked with Shelley, who was also extremely helpful and kind. There wasn’t a single staff member that we encountered throughout the entire process that wasn’t equally wonderful and hardworking. Especially on the night of the event!

The venue setup was beautiful and the transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception ran smoothly. All of our guests raved about the spectacular food, saying that it was the best they have ever had at a wedding and that they couldn’t get over how elegant and perfect the space was.

Once the wedding was over, Vinology continued to impress us. The next day we found that in all of the leftover food that had been packed up, we were missing a few meals that were supposed to be included (from the guests that were unable to attend last minute). Neal worked with us and the chef to have fresh meals made and picked up at a time that worked well for us. We were very impressed that they did this and as always, they were delicious!

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“

“Cozy atmosphere, great service, good food! A perfect breakfast/brunch spot. The veggie skillet was yummy and not oily like other places, and the biscuits were so soft and buttery! Despite the breakfast rush, the wait to be seated and get our food was less than 15 minutes total. The prices are decent here as well. Recommend for sure!“

“Excellent food, drinks, and atmosphere. The rotating menu of seasonal flavors is well balanced and thoughtful. The menu for each month is fixed, but they have a few optional add-ons if you're still hungry. Their wait staff is knowledgeable about all the food and eager to recommend a glass of their favorite wine.

One small area for improvement: our first course was a delicious focaccia, but a little olive oil for dipping would have really taken it over the top. Olive oil was one of the optional add-ons for $4, but we didn't think about it until after we had mostly finished the course. I'd suggest just including this kind of thing as part of the course, and if you need to raise the overall price by $4, I don't think anyone would complain.“

“Great experience today!! We went in this evening around 6pm. We were seated really quickly, food came out quickly as well. Our server Savannah was doing great tonight. The GM Drew was providing excellent management as evidenced by observing Savannah and the other servers bustling around and providing great experiences for the guests. Some of my family members had burgers and chicken, I had a veggie burger. One family member really enjoyed the presentation of those cinnamon donut things. “First time here today for TAKE OUT and I will say it was a great experience. Easy parking lot to navigate, perfectly packaged food with all the condiments you could want. The waiter was so friendly! “We were staying at Microtel Hotel because my husband had to be at the VA really early in the morning. I googled the different restaurants in the area , and this one had the best reviews . We see why , the staff was friendly , the service was great and the food came out fast . My husband had the hot roast sandwich , he said it was so great !! I had a grilled salad with warm pita bread yum !! Then of course we had lemon meringue pie to finish off our meal . So you have friendly staff , great food and prices were good . Tried Canelle for the first time in Detroit, and this branch is just as nice. This spot has fresh pastries, good coffee (and an amazing Mocha), and a comforting overall ambiance. The Parisian influence is especially nice and the outdoor patio on a crisp summer/fall day is just so pleasant. I’d highly recommend a visit if you’re on the lookout for a neat coffee spot in Ann Arbor.“

The one thing that I found slightly off putting was the unused wall fountain in the restaurant that had water still in it with a thick film on top. I expected it to be empty when I walked by. We booked two lanes for our small group and every age from infant to grandparents had a blast. Initially, they put "Congratulations Campbell Family!" on our bowling lane screens and even moved us to end lanes to accommodate our photographer. They found a location for me to get out of my wedding dress, so I didn't have to change in the bathroom. Randomly, we were surprised with arcade credits which we put to great use! Not to mention, the food and drinks were exactly what we were phenomenal. We also really enjoyed how the bumpers would go up and down based on the player - this helped our toddler bowl with the adults. I mean, seriously - this was the best bowling/arcade experience we've ever had. Every worker went above and beyond to make our night special and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you're questioning if you should celebrate an occasion here, DO IT. You will not regret it! Our expectations were exceeded.“

“Great hotel in Ann Arbor MI. Rooms are clean, staff was very helpful. Bathrooms are better than most resort hotels offer. Showers are roomy with multiple jet options and thermostatic controls. Toilets are equipped with Toto Washlet bidets. Large vanity with with sinks that actually drain! Very happy with the Restaurant that offers live music on weekends. Would definitely stay at Webers again.“

I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“
