“stopped in this morning for the first time. Our waitress was the sweetest. She done an amazing job taking care of us. Now on to the food. My dad and I both ordered the Hay stack. if you tackle this dish you best be hungry. Those biscuits let me tell you probably the best biscuits in south west Michigan hands down. Then on to the pricing for the amount of food and the service 32.00 for two huge breakfast platters a side of sausage links and a coffee was a bargain. I 100 percent rate this place 10 out of 10.“

“The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Pricing is to die for. In this economy its refreshing to find somewhere to eat out at a reasonable price. Our party of four spent lest than $50 bucks. 🤯 I highly recommend everyone to at least check them out once. Food was delivered to our table in a timely manner and the atmosphere is very down home. “Our family recently went to The Crew Restaurant on Portage Road in Kalamazoo with a party of 14 on Saturday night. I was able to make reservations two weeks ahead of time which was awesome. When we got there 30 minutes early, they were already set up for us and we were able to sit down without a wait.

The waitress was so nice and friendly and got us drinks right away. Shortly after our whole party arrived, we were ordering food and the waitress really took care of us. Not only was she attentive but she had a great attitude, answered our requests with a smile and had great attention to details.

The food was soooo good! I had the fried chicken wrap with fries and a side order of onion rings because I wanted to try it all having never been there. Everything was delicious and the fries were the right amount of crunch without being overly seasoned like some places can be. My husband ordered breakfast and it looked very good too! I usually shy away from getting eggs at a restaurant, but his eggs were perfectly done with no slimy bits. His breakfast potatoes were crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside and the pancakes were the size of a salad plate! Our son and daughter-in-law got the sample appetizer that had mozzarella sticks, deep fried mushrooms, onion rings, and chicken tenders. All of which they loved. They shared a couple of their deep fried mushrooms with me and I would totally get those again. My daughter-in-law got the BLT and the bacon was the right amount of crispy and so big it was hanging off the bread. Perfect for stealing bites of which our son did a couple of times. My brother-in-law got the turkey dinner with a baked potato and stuffing and he said that was really good too. I wish I could write more of what other people got but I was so happy with my food that I didn’t pay attention.

It was reasonably priced too. My dinner of fried chicken wrap, fries, side order onion rings, and hubby’s order of 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast and a side order of 2 pancakes, plus we both got Coke (and refills) all came to $40.00. And we had little boxes to take home of leftovers. All in all, we were all pleasantly surprised and have now deemed this our new spot.“

Since the restaurant business isn't advertised, they maybe feed total of 5-20 people a night , rarely that it's 20.A new chef took over in April 2025, due to very little business the menu is small but very delicious. The chef is a culinarian of 28 years and also runs the banquets. Phenomenal food that I've experienced.“

“My father and I went here waiting for his glasses to ge made at Eyemart Express.
We came here to have breakfast and it was delicious. I had a farmer's omelete with delicious creamy country gravy smothered on top. And my father had a combo of some sort. 2 eggs. Pancake, meat of choice and he loved it so much.
The waitress we had bless her soul. She was so nice. I dont know her name but the day we went she was in a cute hocus pocus sweater and jeans. With her hair pulled back.
She was the nicest and attentive.

“Great fried foods, nice little dive bar. Somewhat out of the way but it’s a staple. To be honest, I’ve gone there a handful of times in the last 10 years and the staff hasn’t been the friendliest or most attentive. Other patrons aren’t super friendly either, which is why I usually order take out. Drinks are average prices. Overall, the food makes it worth the take out order. Get the olive burger and mushrooms!“

“My husband and I went for lunch on Valentine’s Day we love Red Robin’s food is always great our server Diamond Was an excellent waitress very attentive made sure we had refills made also made sure we were happy with our food the only complaint I have is that the supervisors were just standing around never table touched I think table touching is very important for a manager/ supervisor especially on a holiday other than that excellent experience“

“I have been here several times with family and got good service and food. I like steak and usually I will order one. Couple times their food served cold, and steak not cooked as ordered, but they corrected the order.
This an update. This visit was an exceptionally good experience. Their steak was as expected. I changed the rating from 4 to 5.“

“We came in after reading a review in a tourist magazine and were so happy that we did! Amazing vegetarian Apple squash burger (So delish!) and the “Beast” burger, Harvest salad, chili and cornbread, thick hand cut onion rings and brownie Sundae. Beer and cider don’t disappoint - I loved the cherry cider they made and my husband enjoyed the beer. Accommodating kitchen, staff and owners, we really enjoyed and will be back. Check them out“

“Extremely disappointed! Just stopped at Tiffany’s at 8:15Am on Sunday, walked in the door and restaurant was 1/2 full with no wait! As soon as we walked in manager and 2 staff immediately left to the kitchen with no acknowledgment. 5 min later hostess came to us and said there was a wait in the kitchen of 5-10 min and would not seat us! There were several open tables so why not at least seat us?“

“I checked this place out on a recent business trip. The food was good, the lady that served me wasn’t so good. She kept leaving for long periods of time, the couple next to me had to send a dish back because it was incorrect, my appetizer and meal came out together. After the first waitress went missing again another waitress felt bad and got me the check and cashed me out.“
