“A large, clean & quiet room and a front desk staff that was friendly and helpful. The group we were meeting with reserved a block of rooms, so we had reasonable rates for our stay. We were disappointed the onsite restaurant was closed during the time we were there, which led to some inconvenience as we were traveling with a car trailer and didn't want to drive this through traffic just to get a quick something to eat (hooking & unhooking the thing is a pretty big job, too.) The hotel did have grab & go items in the little shop in the lobby, including breakfast options that could be heated in the microwave. We didn't do this, but saw several people getting things. However, the bar was opened in the evenings and we enjoyed the banter with the bartender, who had some entertaining stories. Great guy. Considering the challenges with COVID and recent uptick in recreational travel, I'm not going to worry about the small things we'd usually expect in a nice hotel of the Sheraton brand, but do need to mention the coffee situation was dismal. We had a couple options - the traditional large urn that seemed like it was made by someone who doesn't drink coffee and the Mars brand version of a k-cup machine in the lobby. The first was unpotable and the second would have been semi-ok if we had another option than powdered creamer. A small complaint perhaps to those who don't rely on the bean to start their day. But to me, this is serious business. Honestly, I'd pay another buck a day to have some half & half at the coffee station. One more reason for the 4-star rating is the shower curtain was stained on the bottom. If it was changed recently and is that water-stained, then it's time to replace it.“

“On Valentine’s Day after a very rough week of parenting we realized we had no dinner plans. Taking two kids out didn’t seem great given we knew most places would be packed. We ordered online on a whim. As our order arrived my phone rang. It was Center St. their food runner missed getting one of our items in the bag and they wanted to make it right. In the end we came up with a plan where we placed a second order for dessert(where they there in my husbands entree) and their manager gave us a gift card covering the cost of the dessert, service fees, and tip for the driver. Their commitment to making it right has encouraged us to add them to our next date night out. They could have just told us to ask for a refund online but instead gave us the choice of that or them making it right. The food was well worth the wait and the dessert we got was phenomenal as well! We truly felt cared for even on a night as crazy as Valentine’s Day.“

“I've been a regular at the Antique Kitchen for a while now, and I've always appreciated the great service and delicious food. Recently, I've noticed some changes that might be worth addressing. It seems like the new management has made some adjustments to how shifts are assigned, which has impacted some of the long-standing staff. The team here has always been fantastic, and it would be a shame to see any of them feel uncertain about their shifts. I hope the management can find a way to maintain the quality service while also ensuring the staff feels secure in their roles. Looking forward to many more great meals here!“

“I have been here several times with family and got good service and food. I like steak and usually I will order one. Couple times their food served cold, and steak not cooked as ordered, but they corrected the order.
This an update. This visit was an exceptionally good experience. Their steak was as expected. I changed the rating from 4 to 5.“

To be honest, I’ve gone there a handful of times in the last 10 years and the staff hasn’t been the friendliest or most attentive. Other patrons aren’t super friendly either, which is why I usually order take out. Drinks are average prices. Overall, the food makes it worth the take out order. Get the olive burger and mushrooms!“

“Extremely disappointed! Just stopped at Tiffany’s at 8:15Am on Sunday, walked in the door and restaurant was 1/2 full with no wait! As soon as we walked in manager and 2 staff immediately left to the kitchen with no acknowledgment. 5 min later hostess came to us and said there was a wait in the kitchen of 5-10 min and would not seat us! There were several open tables so why not at least seat us?“

“The food is good and the environment is usually pretty good. Normally I love the karaoke nights there with the old DJ or his wife. But the new karaoke DJ JT disappears for long periods of time, there will be 4 or five singers and people only get to sing once. Halfway into the night the same three songs are usually on repeat and people are leaving because there is no order to it. Vickers, please Make karaoke great again!!!“
