They asked us all the right questions to make sure we did not forget anything, and they provided us options to make sure we got the most for our money. Their location is clean and welcoming, too.

“This place is overall pretty solid. Food and service are what you expect from Subway. Prices have gotten kinda wonky at all Subways. The physical location of this store is kinda odd though.

Would definitely revisit again if en route and passing by it.“

“Great Subway! They are super fast on the app orders, always ready and waiting by the time I get there and always accurate and clearly labeled. I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.“

“This location was not doing as well as they used to gor a bit. Maybe covid highly effected the business but, it seems to be looking up. My sandwich was great and so was the service. However, the stores have gone to a single, smaller wrapping. At first I thought nothing if it but, after getting a hit sandwich today, I took it home & pulled it out of the bag to find, a super soggy sandwich, Gross! I could not eat most of it. The inside of the bag was soaked with humidity. I didn't even ask for a bag! Maybe you should cut costs and plastic usage by asking if customers want a bag. How about a paper sack? Ever thought of that? I'm just a concerned, regular customer“

Next time, full permission to not accept / cancel the order on JJ’s end and DoorDash would have notified us. Seems more like a restaurant to DoorDash issue that needs to be addressed or stop accepting door dash the last hour? Maybe try that route rather than ransom letter on a receipt. “If you do come to this location, come sometime between 11-3 on Saturdays. There is an employee that works this shift that goes by the name of “Snehith”. He is by far the most positive, uplifting and enthusiastic person I have ever met in my entire life. My daughter once walked into the store in a very crabby mood, had a 5 minute conversation with him, and walked out smiling. If you don’t come here for the sandwiches, come here for a conversation with him.“
