“Got a sub here yesterday and the Employee was very nice and went out of his way to make small talk and be friendly. It caught me off guard because I’m so used to mediocre service from staff in these chain restaurants. Food was very good also“

“Good subs and I love that they have charity days. Waiting for sub can be a little odd in a "to go" situation if there is not seating available.
Parking: A few spots out front, if it is busy people are lazy and park where it can be difficult to back out of a spot without hitting them“

“Whoever the gm is of this store they should be so proud of their team on lunch today!! I have a tomato allergy and honestly I’m embarrassed about it I feel bad making people go out of their way, so when I had disclosed it safe to say I felt horrible. Suddenly everyone raced around changed their gloves and reassured me that it’s really not a big deal. Thank you so much for your graciousness and your smiles today! It made my day“

“We were in Grand Haven for the day, and we are so glad we chose to stop here for lunch! The staff was very friendly (and communicative with my child as well). The food was well prepared, perfectly proportioned, and tasted great! The store is easy to find, and it has a clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We will stop here again on our next trip. Kudos to the staff and management!“

“Amanda was so nice and sweet. I'm on my way to Indiana so her positivity was what we really needed for this trip. And she closed our cookies, made sure my sub's meatballs were warm all the way through, and gave us a coupon! She hooked us up for real. Love ya, Amanda!“

“Came here 7/27 before a concert and the service and food was stupendous! Especially the young woman who was taking orders who despite several rude guests that I witnessed remained cool and collected and professional and made the best out of stressful situation. Throughout my dining experience continued to be kind and a great host to myself and other members of my party. Thank you sooo much for the excellent service!“

“The owners have been having a terrible time keeping good help lately and the employees they do have are trying their best to deliver a great experience for each guest! Give them a chance or even 2 before judging the place or any fast food place as they are trying to make a come back after the pandemic!! I love the spinners gas station and subway :)“

“Shout out to Katt & Ava at the E. Sherman location for their great customer service!! They worked to make sure our larger order was done right and probably made the best (and fullest!) Subway sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks and keep up the great work!“

“The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the fact that when I walked in the door one of the sandwich artists was sweeping and there couldn't have been a crumb on the floor!!! All of the artists had smiles on their faces and said hello when we walked in. I know that during these times it can be easy to get bored and develop lax habits but, not this crew. Also the owner or manager was there demonstrating a new product to the crew and she threw gloves on and walked them through the process. That was so amazing to see. I've been on both sides and that is rare! Although this location is a little farther than my usual, I'll definitely go the extra mile...for a crew who does the same!“

“I'm not a big subway guy, my daughter loves it there. So I went to this subway to get her a sandwich, and the young guy taking my order was beyond polite and conversed with me about things and weather and such. Just a nice person and it should be noted. “Placed an online order, picked it up and when I got home discovered 2 out of the 3 subs were made incorrectly even with the notes added right on the reciept. We go back up there and the manager Michelle A., helped us out and got them made correctly and quickly. She was very friendly, super nice to talk to and did a fantastic job! So thank you Michelle A., and when you stop in I hope you get the pleasure of chatting with her as well when she makes a wonderful sub!“
