The food always get to you nice and hot and ready to eat. This location is my favorite one and I recommend going there any chance you get.“

I have my twins in the backseat I was gonna share half my sandwich with them not only did the woman who helped us cut an individual piece for them, but she also made sure I got a piece of some cookie and even gave them their own cups of water. I did not ask her to do any of this, but she did it anyway. Exceptional, what a gem. Give her a raise!“

“The only reason this is five stars is to not negatively affect the employees.

You guys have one person always working. What happens if they can not use the restroom?? What happens if someone comes in and threatens the employee? Where is the manager? Why can the manager not staff this location properly? That is their job. Why is the manager not working and covering shifts? I am very disappointed in whoever manages this location. The employee working does a wonderful job and deserves the help to be fully staffed and a functional location.“

He took the time to ask about my preferences and offered great suggestions that really enhanced the meal. “Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. Highly recommend for lunch or a catering!“

The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I've been a regular customer at the Subway located within my local Walmart and have consistently had positive experiences. Firstly, the cleanliness of the restaurant is always impressive. The dining area and preparation areas are consistently well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment.

Secondly, the staff is consistently courteous and patient. They never rush me through my order, allowing me to take my time and make selections without feeling pressured. Furthermore, I rarely experience any significant wait times, whether it's during peak hours or off-peak times.

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“I like this subway because it's in a gas station and they open at 7 am. It's a really nice change for people who are just getting off work and don't want breakfast and it's just cool to be able to get a sandwich fresh in the morning for what ever reason. They are pretty friendly I only have 3 stars because of one person who is there but she doesn't seem to work often but she is just not very friendly besides that it's a gray place“

When it's slow theyre not standing around they're cleaning, sweeping floors, prepping food, changing trash bags, filling the ice in the vending machine, cleaning bathrooms. “Tubby's is #1 for taste & quality of ingredients, in my opinion! I was employed by the company from 1980 thru 85 and let me tell you, the owners of Tubby's are like family. My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. There was no payroll deduction back then and he loaned me the money I needed to buy this car! I have the up most respect for the Tubby's company because of how they treat thier employees! Bottom line, work hard, as the founders of this company have, and you will be rewarded!“
