“Randomly was looking fir a nearby coffee place, didn't realize it was at the mall, but fortunately I found decent parking, and it was pretty close to the entrance GPS led me to. SUPER friendly service, a certain intimacy despite being in a mall. My coffee drink was WONDERFUL!! That in and of itself would bring me back next time I am in the area🌞“

“L.A. Cafe is a quirky little coffee shop that also offers breakfast and lunch. I've had their dark roast coffee as well as their chili nachos, and they did a nice job with both endeavors. Their menu and their indoor seating are somewhat limited, but that doesn't seem to create any problems, at least not on weekday mornings. I really enjoyed speaking to the young lady who works as their hostess/server; she smiles a lot and can hold her own in any engaging conversation. All in all, it's really good to see this alt oasis doing so well in a sea of regressive minds.“

“Everytime I'm in town, I luv stopping at this coffee shop! The staff is so friendly and eager to create the perfect blend to please your coffee craving. This Turkish coffee is of excellent quality! It's very rich in flavor with a smooth aftertaste. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a delicious cup of joe in a friendly, relaxed laid back environment.

“My experience at A-OK Cafe was very pleasant. Firstly, the atmosphere is extremely beautiful. I love the dark vibe and the color scheme they have going on. It is a little small, but that is not too big of an issue. The service was great and the employees are always professional. I have been here 3-4 times, so you can see the different drinks I have pictured below. The first drink that I have pictured is one of their pistachio lattes, which was okay, but their pistachio did have a strong almond extract flavor. That is something I am not the biggest fan of. The last drink I have pictured is their banana pudding matcha latte, which I preferred over the pistachio latte. The flavors were there, but at other cafes, there is banana pudding with fresh bananas placed on top of the drink. I believe the bananas placed on top were frozen or just very cold. Regardless, the flavors were great, but I personally have had better banana pudding matchas at other cafes.“

“The poppyseed muffin and swirl loaf were fresh. The muffin has plenty of poppies and a traditional flavor of sweetened almond. The Swirl Loaf is for cinnamon lovers. Both items were fresh and delicious. The house blend medium roast is a new favorite for me; lightly chocolate with a bit of sandalwood finish. Easy to drink without acidic punch. The atmosphere of Sarah’s is calming with low volume music. The interior finishes are well coordinated earth tones adding to the soothing effect of travel to a bygone era. Great place for analytical thinkers.“

“Love this place. Girls are always very attractive, friendly, and their smiles and pleasant conversation always make my day when I visit. It is always nice to watch them make my coffee. The coffee menu has good choices. The Waterford location is my closest location so it is always clean and the drive thru is spacious. One suggestion though, maybe invest in a new sign out front, the current plastic could use a good cleaning or replacement.“

“I come here every so often during work hours for a caffeine pick-me-up. They're always speedy as possible even with a packed drive-thru, and always friendly. Today I ordered my usual for my husband and I, and often I get my order with the cutest little message on the cups which make me smile every time. I'm coming to post a review because today, they reminded me that it is indeed Friday and yay for a renewed sense of joy! (In this economy? I know, right?) “Food is pretty cool, service usually is on point…. Staff is pretty cool, with the exception of the little middle eastern chic, rarely do i see her without an attitude, just comes off incredibly childish IMO.

Outside of that, usually mines and others that we have recommended this cafe too, usually mess with it… the steak bowl (forgot the name of it) never falls short of amazing. Not to over hype

“It’s obvious that other reviews complaining about the lack of “prioritizing the drive thru” have never worked in food service or have just been too lazy to get out of the car and see what’s going on inside of the building. I can’t go through the drive thru lane most days because of the height of my work truck. The sheer number of online, drive thru and in shop orders alone is staggering. Most of the time I’m in there no one stops moving, and they still provide excellent service and seem cheerful. People just need to be more patient, or place an online order… you guys literally can’t move faster than humanly possible and it seems people are more self important than they are capable of logic and reasoning to understand how the process really works.“

“Had an amazing experience at Teuta in Bham! Family owned and family operated. Jacquelin truly made the brunch exceptional. Her warm personality, and genuine care went above and beyond. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, and every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in creating a top-tier dining experience. “Food and drink was delicious! My fiance and I tried the curry donut, the strawberry lemon croissant, the breakfast croissant, the mochi donut, and the rice with red bean donut.

The croissants were so soft, not dry at at all which impressed me a lot. I have had previous bad impressions of croissants so I never want them, but this changed my perspective entirely! So soft, a little chewy, with a great flake!

The mochi donut and rice donut were so chewy and fun to eat while tasting absolutely amazing - I love how dense they are while still feeling light.

The curry donut was so soft and fluffy and the crisp on the outside was immaculate. Incredible!

The gochujang lemonade wasn't spicy at all and tasted delicious, the perfect amount of tang. The barista helped me choose a caramel frappe and it was delectable.

I'm seriously sooo impressed with this place. Super welcoming of my service dog as well. Definitely will be back!“

“If you are a Kpop fan and love with the Korean culture then this is the place for you! It’s one of the few places in Michigan where we Kpop fans can gather and connect with each other! I was just there and the cafe allowed Kpop fans of ASTRO to do a vigil memorial for the death of Moonbin! I wanted to do something to say my goodbyes to the artist and I seriously appreciated that they provided that space for people to do that and other Kpop events! You really can't go wrong with what you order here, where it's a croissant, a donut, a baguette, etc. I loved my strawberry smoothie as well.“

“I absolutely love this bakery! We drive about an hour for it and it never disappoints. Get there early because the best stuff goes fast. There is also a little extra parking on the street if you find the lot full (which it often is). My favorite thing is the pistachio croissants, but if you are looking for savory, I also recommend the pastries with mozzerella, basil, and sun-dried tomato.“

“My favorite location. Staff knows who I am. They are always informative when I ask about the new drinks and food items. Always greeted when I come in. No matter how busy. Great awesome staff. The manager Allie totally rocks.

Parking: It's inside a plaza right down the street from the local high School and other very busy businesses. So it's always busy during the school time. But when the kids are on a break it's great. Wide open.

Kid-friendliness: There's always a mom there with her kids. Getting them cake pops. While they grab their fix.

“As an Actor and Filmmaker, I tend to hold a lot of meetings at Starbucks on Sashabaw Rd in Independence Township, MI as it's 25 seconds from I-75 and easy to find, but the latest remodel has reduced the available seating considerably and I'm rethinking Starbucks as a destination. It's nice that there are more power outlets to plug devices in, but fewer chairs make this added convenience counterintuitive. Not a fan of having to sit outside so I'm considering alternative, well-known locations. I think Tim Hortons may be a bit more hospitable to guests.“
