“Came here for the first time tonight and loved the experience. They had music bingo going on, and everybody was in a great mood. The fries are pretty good. Jenn served us and was absolutely wonderful handling our table. Bill split 3 ways, and she didn't have any problems getting us what we needed. Will most definitely be back!“
“Today we took 14 of us here for the first time. We had a blast and loved how affordable it was especially with how large our family is! To pay $20.00 a person and get unlimited corn hole, pickle ball and Football bowling was amazing. We ordered fries, pickle fries, and mozzarella sticks to snack on and they were good. We liked the fries and pickle fries the best, so much so that we order more a few hours later. We had children ages 2, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 22, 22, and 23. And then us 4 parents. We did not try the axe throwing because you have to be 18 or older and didn’t want to leave the younger kids out. Pool tables and arcade games were $1.00 a piece.All staff members were very kind and knowledgeable! I really want to give a shout out to the bartender I believe her name was Cheryl. I don’t think I am spelling it write but it was her 2nd day and she was so attentive and kind, fast and efficient and very personable! We made sure to tip her very well for taking care of us and our large family.This is a great place to go, staff is amazing and it’s affordable and fun!!! Check it out!!!“
“Typically I pop in for a few drinks and never order food, it was noticed by management. Surprised I never order food they were dedicated to get me to try the food so they gave me a meal to try!! I can’t believe I’ve never ordered it was so good! The food/drinks coupled with the staff like Autumn, Gabby and Morgan make this place more then worth visiting!“
“Went for dinner on Saturday night the place was packed we where offered to take the bar we did. We only had drinks (you can eat at the bar) service and drinks where amazing! We decided it would be best to make reservations and come back for dinner. Great place.“
“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. “Had excellent service from the owner. He helped me pick out the perfect cigar that did not disappoint. They had an excellent beer selection and overall beverage selection. The other people there were very pleased with the martinis that they ordered. Had an awesome and educational chat with the owner while I enjoyed my cigar. “Let's start by saying we love this place. We have been coming here for at least 6 years. The atmosphere changes as it does everywhere. Just depends on the night and the theme along with a million other factors. The food has always been great. Fast hot and good. The service is usually good. Walkers has a lifestyle web site and it seemed great. However we have had to make several profiles and all have been deleted. I emailed asking why and was told "you have no content" . We had G- rated face and body pics. Ages, likes dislikes, and so on. Everything you would put on any lifestyle website. So not sure what more they are looking for. Anyway check out the theme before you come so it's something you're going to be comfortable with before hand. Say high to Jennifer she is awesome!! And order some mini tacos and stuffed mushrooms... you will love them!!!!Parking: Remember there are signs posted as to what part of parking lot is for Walkers and for ajoining bank.“
“I really liked this place. There is a wide range of whiskeys to choose from, which is cool.It kind of feels like a lounge. There is a bar and there are also cozy looking chairs. Toward the back, there is a fancy pool table. The place kind of reminds me of a cigar bar.Overall, I really liked this place. Great variety of whiskey and an atmosphere that resembles a lounge.“
“I visited La Rosa Cigar Lounge last week.The lounge is really low-key and unassuming. You'll find no grandiloquence here. It leans into old-school lounge vibes with low lights and dark paint.It's located on a block of connected storefronts on the portion of Michigan Avenue where east and west are separated.The inside space is large enough to accommodate quite a few people. There are televisions to watch sporting events while relaxing in comfortable chairs.There seemed to be a decent selection of spirits. The bar itself seemed to seat about eight people.We stopped by because I wanted to pick up a few of my favorite Black-owned boutique cigars and have a quick drink before dinner.The bartender was really sweet. She shared tips about when to return for a visit and a bit about the clientele. We enjoyed talking with her about pop culture and food. The food here is supposed to be really good. There are only a few other cigar lounges in the greater Detroit area that offer food and spirits; a few more, if you don't mind a 40-minute drive.The humidor is on the smaller side, but it definitely has potential. I spotted a few of my favorite cigars and brands. The variety will suit many tastes.I found the drinks affordable. If I recall correctly, there are drink specials for weekday happy hour. Individual sodas are available for sale. I didn't notice a coffee situation, but I hope there's one.Live bands play on Friday and Saturday.They are closed on Monday and Tuesday and are open Wednesday - Sunday. Hours are 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; and 5:00 pm to 12:00 am on Friday and Saturday.Locker memberships are available.I didn't notice if there was a nearby parking lot. We parked on the street.In the coming week, I see that they are hosting an event with a Black-owned boutique cigar brand owner.I hope to see more of that for sure.They are on socials. Upon viewing their website, I see that they also have an app. I'm curious as to what it offers.“
“My bartender, think his name was Jack, absolutely a gem. My partner and I have OCD and we are super anxious about it. Jack was so patient with us and nice about everything. Atmosphere is so cute and nice with heated outdoor patio area. I'm a regular at the Corktown one. This one is super cute. Great date spot or for family gatherings, or just drinking by yourself and catching up on emails. Ask for Jack. He's a total sweetheart and stand-up dude.“

“If you like an absolutely packed bar. This place is for you. If you also like a dead empty bar, this is also for you. Me and our buddies play pool here and grab drinks on the weekends and enjoy a less crowded bar. However, during events or games, it can often be a bit packed. The bartenders are great, and the owner is very xhill.“
