“Great local & family owned travel center! I used the mudflap app to save 10 cents on my diesel, and purchased a lounge pass to the new private truckers lounge. Was a very nice space, has new showers, got a coffee and relaxed for a bit. Parking is secure and convenient, I like stopping here much more that Pilot or Loves.“

He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“

We had a mobile order that had customizations they could not accommodate so they asked what I would like instead. They were also just a fun crew. Bathrooms and restaurant was clean. They have good tasting food with excellent customer service and this location continued the trend of never having a bad experience when it comes to Chick-fil-A. “You all need to lower your dang prices! yes the food is decent but to order 2 five piece chicken tender combos and one order of mozzarella sticks and have it come to $22 is ridiculous. The chicken tender combos coming to $9 each is outrageous. The chicken is frozen and all you have to do is fry it up. All in all it will be quite some time before we come back. This visit was to feed my two boys. We are a family of 4 so eating here as a family would be $50+ and would be more economical to eat at a sit down restaurant. Lower your prices Arbys! editing this review because tonight once again Arbys disappoints. How does a place that specializes in roast beef run out of beef? “food and service are great no complaints. However the floor in the work area was dirty, bits of vegetables on the floor. This was after rush by 30 minutes, no excuse someone could've swept the floor. When I arrived they were leaning against the counter. I've been in restaurant and deli business, a dirty floor is unacceptable“

“I ordered a diablo chicken sandwich and it was just the piece of chicken with a piece of cheese and some jalapenos. no sauce, lettuce or anything else..completely disappointed especially when you pay alot of money for a meal and you dont get it. cant call and talk to the manager because it rings once and they hang up.“

“I used to manage a dine in restaurant, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the last-minute customers show up. They only add minimal overall sales while lowering your sales/hour and hurt your labor since you have to keep your staff there and paid which cost more than the profit gained usually..... so I am very happy that when my 80yo grandmother wanted 4 quarts of Dairy Queen ice cream because all the others upset her stomach at the last half hour that not only did she get it but the staff was friendly and you would never have known they were just ready to go home after a long shift. “Food was good, people were friendly, bathroom was disgusting -which was the whole reason my sister and I stopped there in the first place! If it wasn’t for us needing to use it so bad, we definitely would’ve went somewhere else and only ate there, because that’s where we stopped to use the bathroom. Night manager was very nice. Staff was nice, too. We’ve gone to this one several times before during the day. That ‘s why we stopped there, and the bathroom was always clean. So, I definitely think it’s getting a bit neglected at night.“

“My husband and I go here frequently when we are looking for a quick lunch. Staff here is always working hard despite being short-handed like everywhere and they always get our food correct without any issues. It does seem like there is always someone else giving them a hard time when we are here. Whether it is someone from drive through or someone in the lobby. Just a reminder that they are human and they are the ones that showed up to work. Yelling at them for something they can't control does nothing except make you look like a jerk.“

“I've been to this Arby's restaurant on West Alexis three times this week each time the same gentleman serves me. He's always very polite and ask how the service was and ask that excuse the mess due to remodel. My food was hot and I'm a fan of the crinkle fries. Thank you to the manager Mike ( that's what the name tag said) for the hot food and kind service. I will continue to go to this Arby's and tell my friends about it.“
