“I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful where and what i eat. I came in 11-26-19 and asked about their protocol and was assured they would be careful. I order my wife's regular wrap then my GF Philly Steak. I wish I knew the girls names that were there in the afternoon , but the one on the grill said it was the prettiest Philly Steak she had ever made...lol. At any rate, it was delicious and best of all no issues. Thank you so much and I will be back...soon!!!“

“I give this place a 11 out of 10 🤤 The Steak portobello sandwich with the rosemary Parmesan bread is absolutely amazing; they made it perfectly. The right seasoning to meat to vegetable to cheese to bread ratio. The bread had a nice crunch yet softness to it; no complaints whatsoever. I also added jalapeños and they set the sandwich off! Thanks for the tastebud explosion!“

“There is a baseline for a pretty good sub. Penn station meets that baseline easily, and you get a satisfying sub here. You know all the typical sub types, and they have them.

What sets penn station apart from its competitors are really great French fries. If I'm choosing a sub place and they're fairly similar in quality, I'll take penn station because of the fries.“

“This was my first time to this location, and my first time to Capt'n Nemo's in many years. I grew up eating at the downtown Romulus location and this location kept that nostalgic feeling. The subs were delicious. I saw many reviews stating about the size of these subs and I feel as though they are plenty large enough. We will be back again.“

“This place has fresh food made for you every order. The manager is always checking on you to make sure your food is to your satisfaction. Place was clean and they wipe down tables after people leave allowing others to sit at any table of their choice. Some of the employees were yelling back and fourth through the store and being immature. I found that to be unprofessional but other then that great place“

“It was recommended that I try this Subway because of quality and friendly- fast service. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was nice, fast and courteous. I got there around 11:45 a.m. and was on my way within minutes with two separate orders. The food was great. I asked for the works and I could barely close the sandwich. She always has a positive attitude, is VERY efficient (even when short staffed), and even goes out her way to try and memorize the orders of her regular customers. She definitely sets a high standard for customer service across all Subway locations.“

“I go to this location every so often and generally they’re okay. The last couple visits they have messed up my order and unfortunately I haven’t returned since. They forgot the cheese in my sandwich both times. I did not call because going back to correct the order was not worth my time. Very disappointing though, the sandwich did not taste the same.“

The employee today was absolutely phenomenal!! She made my entire day with how welcoming, friendly, polite, professional, & wonderful she was!! I forgot to ask her name but I loved how great her vibe was & how pleasant she was, how clean this location always is, how great my sub was, & I was also extremely happy to find a parking spot right in front of the building. “I stopped in last night to get my pregnant wife the spicy Italian sub she was craving. As I walked into a super clean Subway, I was greeted with a smile from the young lady behind the counter. After that I was greeted by the young man that was also working there. He sparked up a conversation with me, quick with a joke to light up your smoke kind of guy. They both made it a fun experience to get Subway, how often can you say that. If we're back in that area where the subway is again I will definitely stop by to get food and hopefully those two are working. I didn't catch his or her name but I hope management treats them right!“

“The sandwiches here are good but the service has sucked since the new owner has taken over recently. I've been coming to this subway for 2 years now and never have I ever had to wait 30mins for a samdwhich to be made and to sit there and watch the workers dance and sing along to the radio while the lobby if getting full of people waiting to order there meals. Never again will I come back to this location. Extremely disappointed ?“
