McDonald's in Warren

“I been coming to this branch for 2 years- it’s my favorite drive thru service so far! Tonight i had a great cashier and the lady that handed me my food was so sweet. Even though mistakes happens sometimes but i don’t care much because 99% they get it right.“

“The staff at this particular McDonald's are always friendly. I live between 2 McDonald's and this one is slightly farther, but worth it.

Had to edit my review since management has changed. Still great. But hire some more people in the morning cuz y'all have some amazing employees who work their butts off to try to keep up. Extremely good, humble people. I know McDonald's thinks their employees are replaceable but you'll be losing money from regulars who drive out of the way just for those employees if you don't treat them right.“

“That was the hottest and most fresh food I have gotten from a McDonald's in a long time. Everything seems to have just come out of the fryer. And whatever they bake those pies in. Everyone that I encountered from the entry to the drive-thru, the cashier, and the server were all very pleasant.“

“The cashier was soft spoken & polite & at that I'm happy there was a person there to place my order with these day...I got 2 coffees and sausage muffins for a quick breakfast and it tasted pretty good ?

“The boy with longer brown hair in drive through taking the cash with the bucket hat was very kind and personable you can tell that he enjoys his job. He made my day! That man deserves a raise! The girl who gave me my food with brown hair was kind as well :) food fresh and hot! 10/10“

“This morning I stopped quickly at the McDonald's as I occasionally do being in my way to work and always a good place for a quick last minute stop for breakfast when I need to eat. I placed my order in the mobile app as I always do, the young man (Paul J.) working both the window and speaker was very friendly. He very kindly asked if I'd be using the mobile app to which I replied yes, got my information and instructed me to pull round. When I got to the window he kindly gave me my recipe and ask if I'd mind pulling forward and told me he'd be happy to accommodate my request for extra napkins. My breakfast sandwich was prepared fresh and above average in my opinion. But the best aspect of this trip was the whole stack of napkins in the bag. I was very grateful as I'd just ran out of Kleenex. 10 out of 10 for services on this mornings visit. That young man is a splash of positively and kindness in an environment where you no longer expect it and it brightened my morning. Thank you.“

“I met 2 people an I may get there names wrong Jaylen an key that works at the drive through window, they were great worked with a good attitude an I was on my lunch when I got my food an it was fresh an hot an fries were good aswell as salted, my boss did an online order an it to was great
Establishment is very clean compared to other fast food restaurants with open area to see them make your food“

“Vanessa took very good care of me when I went in there today. I feel like this location has a bad reputation but for for what? They’ve never given me any issues -every single employee in there, including management has always been very pleasent & accommodating ❤️“
