“This is a cute coffee/diner chair you can find in MI. The coffee / drink selection is excellent. I found the food to be lackluster. I felt like I could have gone to a leos coney island or diner for the same quality like your standard breakfast meal or eggs Benedict. I think this establishment probably shines on the fancier meals but they should focus on all of the options.“

The corned beef and Swiss omelette with egg beaters is so good and I very very rarely get somebody that is not professional and courteous over the phone and when picking it up, you’re looking for a start with fast pick up and who is delicious and hat, this is your spot“

“What a great discovery. Happened upon this small take away or dine in no frills restaurant. It was hard to decide what to order because it all sounded so good. But he made good recommendations. “I like many of you, like using the review score when making purchase decisions. I never just look at the score. I look for the number of reviews and I try to find helpful reviews to give me more incite into what I may be getting into. My wife works in a business where the reviews really matter for bringing in new customers. She often talks about the long-time customers who keep returning but have never left a review. Those are really the voices that should matter more to people who want an honest review of the company they are looking into. Unfortunately, even though I like looking at reviews, I seldom leave one unless I'm very satisfied with the company or really disappointed. In both cases, I leave my emotions aside and tell things as I experience them. This means that if everything wasn't perfect, I don't ding them for minor stuff. I give people the benefit of the doubt because we all have those days when we aren't at our best. When I read bad reviews about restaurants that I frequent often, I wonder about the person leaving the review. I feel that they are either competitors with malicious intent, someone who didn't try to listen to resolve whatever issues they perceived to be happening, or simply someone who's looking for a reason and is too hard to please in the first place. So with all that out of the way, let me get to the Lim's Star review. I love Chinese food and it's one of the first things I looked for locally when I bought my house 10 years ago. There are several in what I would consider my drivable area. Lim's Star is in my top 5 or higher depending on what dish I'm looking for. 10 years means I've been coming there since before the current owner. Do I miss the dinner rolls? Not really, since I get better quality food and personalization of meals on request. The new owner knows us on sight and remembers what we like to order. He even allows us to modify the ingredients to our liking. He is very friendly and will engage in small talk to get to know his customers better. We eat at or buy takeout from Lim's Star at least once a month, sometimes more. Has everything always been perfect? No, but I really can't recall the last time I was dissatisfied with my order or service. Based on my long review, I'm hoping you can tell I have had many enjoyable meals from and experiences with Lim's Star. Seriously! If you are on the fence or willing to try something new in your area, start with a dish you know to compare. I doubt you will be disappointed in your comparison. Mark J.“

“I rarely write reviews but I want this restaurant to never go away. Go there, spend your money, you won't be upset. Comfortable restaurant, fantastic staff, and amazing food! We ordered appetizers, lunch, and take out for dinner. We got the Reuben Spring Rolls, Pretzel Sticks, Monte Cristo and the Bourbon Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, all delicious! The Mushroom Soup and Beef Stew are the best I've ever had!“

“Clean. Had grilled and fried jumbo chicken tenders, salads, crunch wraos and sweet rolls at the Dearborn location. We tried chicken tenders, the fried chicken sandwich, and grilled chicken sandwich. Fried chicken was good, a little salty but better than being bland, firm but tender, not chewy, moist, and flavorful. Grilled chicken also flavorful but not as salty. Mac & cheese had good flavor but too mushy (overcooked). Sweet rolls were $8 for some, $10 for others. Rolls were baked through great with gooey fillings. OG was our favorite! The biscoff cookie butter flavor didnt come through as much as the cinnamon filling did. Same with the oreo flavor - bit too much cinnamon with the crushed oreos for filling but the topping was great. Peach cobbler was really good but not half as much cinnamon as the biscoff and oreos - surprisingly. Been wanting to try these for months and SO glad we did!“

“Supernatural is pretty amazing! The staff are really cool, friendly, and did I say cool?! Seriously, I have been going to Supernatural for a little over 8 months (I never knew it existed before then) but I am glad I made that first visit!! The food is great, the beer is amazing!! Shadow Realm is one of my favorites (Oatmeal Stout) and being British by birth, trust me when I say I'm a bit picky when it comes to beer. These guys have it nailed. BTW... Li'l Nicky... You rock! I just tried the Ginger Jalapeno brew that you made me for my birthday and that stuff should be on tap... hopefully it will someday soon! Keep doing what you do guys!! “My wife and I stumbled across this nice little pizzeria in downtown Northville. The pizza tasted like it was made in Italy. We had the Homey Badger. We also had their Italian sausage meat balls for appetizers. The staff are very nice setting the tone for a nice atmosphere.“

“We had Mother’s Day brunch here a the food was amazing. Everything was great. Potatoes seasoned right, filet was cook medium, with an exquisite gravy. Chicken and vegetables were also good. The waitress and staff was attentive and served us some very delightful strawberry mimosas. Over the experience was very good!“

“Just came to say I enjoy the time I spend at the Wintergarden. The Wednesday wings are great and I get them almost EVERY Wednesday, the Sunday half off pizza is also a great deal and quite tasty. The service is usually good, but it depends on who is working. I am usually there during happy hour so my review is based on that. I have three bartenders I particulary like to see, Brei, who unfortunately for me, has branched out to better herself and is not there so often anymore, Alison, who knows my wing order by heart, and Sam who kicks butt and takes great care of me.“
