“Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. Both girls were fantastic and next time I need gas I’m definitely coming back in for a sandwich!If their boss sees this review, give these girls a raise or a bonus, they deserve it for providing the best customer service I’ve ever had.“

“Omg! We would sooooo eat here again. Excellent food at a good price and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend the Spicy Asian Pork and Avocado Wrap and Corned Beef and Cheddar with carmelized onion and sour dough bread.“

“Firehouse Subs catered our conference of over 1,000 men, and everything was beautifully packaged, on time, fresh, and delicious. They asked us all the right questions to make sure we did not forget anything, and they provided us options to make sure we got the most for our money. Their location is clean and welcoming, too.
Dietary restrictions: They provided us gluten-free/dairy-free lunch options for our attendees who requested them.“

“Come on, how hard is it to add extra pickles? I even tip these folks. I normally come in, order the #13. And if I want some extra stuff, like pickles or yellow peppers, no problem. But the lady on this evening, I guess, does not follow instructions very well. Which, hey, that's a bummer... Next time, no tip!“

“Noah is my favorite worker here. His customer service skills are perfect. When he’s slammed with customers he doesn’t show an ounce of stress. He moves quickly but treats each costumer with respect and makes sure they get exactly what they want. He’s why I keep coming back. Restaurants should have more workers like him.“

“Great Subway! They are super fast on the app orders, always ready and waiting by the time I get there and always accurate and clearly labeled. I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.“

“Damn Jimmy! We had no idea the store was closing, just trying to snag some food after a long day! Next time, full permission to not accept / cancel the order on JJ’s end and DoorDash would have notified us. Seems more like a restaurant to DoorDash issue that needs to be addressed or stop accepting door dash the last hour? Maybe try that route rather than ransom letter on a receipt. Thank you for still making the food we do appreciate it a lot and we are sorry for making your evening not fun / chaotic, Jimmy! It was completely unintentional, our bad!“

“Josh white, what you said is not true. Im the one who made the food you ordered ( I dont have long hair btw) and then a hour after I made it you called and wanted a refund and you stated it was your fault that you ordered from the wrong store and wouldnt be able to make it to ann arbor to pick it up. We still have your "soggy subs with long hair in them" that werent picked up if you would like to come get them at your convienance. How can you ask for a refund after the food was already made for you and then go on google and lie out your mouth about the food you didnt even pick up and then to threaten my family and threaten to burn down the store. You sir should be ashamed of yourself!“

“This place is overall pretty solid. Food and service are what you expect from Subway. Prices have gotten kinda wonky at all Subways. The physical location of this store is kinda odd though.
Would definitely revisit again if en route and passing by it.“
