“A few years ago I used to frequent this location nearly daily because the service was always amazing. It's not always in budget nowadays, but I had a gift card and went recently and have been since just because of the service. Today I went again, after a long day, and I was greeted by the friendliest young lady with red hair. She was super efficient and even sold me on suggestions for toppers. The drinks are always top notch but this one was amazing and the service was even better. I wish I had her name because I know these things matter. This location is a 10/10 dunkin. Thanks for always making my day 💖“

“Donuts and Cider in fall aren't my thing but I always get dragged out here with for autumn.
I love the vibe of this place, everyone around me said cider was amazing. I had some of the donuts and they were so fresh and warm.
Employees were high schoolers but seemed to be having a fun time and smiling instead.
But my favourite was the duck pond. They have benches so sit down with your friends and watch the ducks go to war if you dare to throw anything in the pond.
Ducks are super social too, they will bite you if you stick your fingers out to give them food, so be mad at yourself not the duck.

“The donuts are the best I have ever had in my entire 33 years of life so far! My go to is the Cherry Chip donut, but I also like their Apple Fritters. They have chocolate milk and milk available to purchase with your donut as well!
They do have breakfast sandwiches and coffee available as well!
I have yet to try their cakes yet, but if you place an order ahead of time (about a week if not further out). I would highly recommend coming to the South Lyon Bakery!
I have lived in South Lyon over ten years and they have had excellent customer service every time I come in! I can even bring in my doggo to get some donuts as well! My doggo loves his donut bites!!!“

“I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons this morning that I had to share. I went through the drive-thru for a coffee and a bagel and, being half asleep, I drove off with my coffee and completely forgot my bagel. As I was exiting the parking lot, I happened to look over and saw the employee running outside trying to get my attention so he could give me the bagel I left behind.

He easily could have just let me go and assumed I’d come back, but instead he went out of his way to make sure I got my food. That level of customer service and kindness doesn’t happen often anymore, and it really made my morning. Thank you for going the extra mile!!“
