It looks like they probably do more take out than dine in.

“The food was amazing! So fresh & tasty! And, in the beautiful little town of Amherstburg across from the park. The owner is so sweet. She's known my husband since he used to work at a bank in town, and remembered him years later, and was so happy to see him. I want to go back asap! We had a Korean bbq bento box, spider roll, California rolls, and soft shell crab appetizer. Also my husband got to try a complimentary seaweed salad. Did I say the food was amazing? I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Definitely a gem of a restaurant!“

“I had a craving for sushi so I stopped by this local restaurant, and I’m so happy I did. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a super nice server who seated me, since I was eating alone she recommended some dishes and I gotta say the salmon was so fresh and delicious. I found out the server was running the shop with her husband so it was so I was happy to support a local shop.
I promised I’d be back soon they are my new go to sushi spot in the Windsor/LaSalle area“

They had a great variety of options: Yakitori, Ramen, rice bowls, and salads. We even had some specialty seafood--sea urchin--that you can't find commonly elsewhere.“

“We went for a late lunch. When we were there we were told we couldn’t order fresh sushi and had to get it from the conveyor belt, though this wasn’t a problem, the sushi on the belt was plentiful and of a decent variety. You could get hot food to order still however. Sushi was tasty and reasonably priced compared to most Jersey prices, in line with what you’d expect on mainland UK. However hot food was a bit on the pricy side and not amazing. Staff were helpful and attentive.“

“We celebrated our ten year anniversary and were surprised with a beautiful card at the table with lovely wishes from the restaurant. Dinner was fantastic, I recommend the filet and the shrimp appetizer. The shrimp is AMAZING! Before we left we were gifted a bottle of house champagne.“

“Was not expecting this place to be a part of the Hook and Reel restaurant. The Ramen was fair, I would rate it 5 of 10, 10 being the Best ever. The portions are Big, we couldn't finish our Bowl.
We Both chose Chicken for our ramen, but it was very dry and tough. Maybe precooked then added to the broth? Plus the boiled egg in the Ramen was ice cold in the middle?
It is a little strange sitting in a Seafood place having Ramen, but the restaurant overall was nice, clean, with 2 sections, 1 for Hook & Reel the other for Kinya. They just sat us on the H&R side. They are Both the Same room. Different Menus. Our service was good as well. Friendly Staff.
We prefer this location over the Taylor store. Always looking for a good Ramen.“

The order was ready on time for pick up and there was more food than I could have imagined that we had agreed on. My guest at the party shared with me how amazing the food was. It was a hit. “My sister and had dinner out the 1st time since the pandemic. The food was delivered very quickly and was very hot and so tasty. I was such a pleasure experience. She had Jumbo Fried Shrimp w/mixed veggies and roasted potatoes. I had Catfish Atchafalaya (fried) w/rice and roasted potatoes. The rolls were hot and delicious. The waitress, Braylen, was so very pleasant and smiled continuously. Her service was the cherry on top of a beautiful meal.“
