“Yesterday my family celebrated my retirement with a family lunch at my favorite restaurant - Red Robin in Apple Valley. Most of the group had never been to a Red Robin but they are now big fans just like me. The food was exceptional, Heather (our server) was fantastic, and even though we were the only ones who knew it was a special occasion, we were treated to the highest level of customer service! Heather and everyone involved in our visit made my day. Thank you so much!“

“Our Server, Austin, did an incredible job. He thoroughly knew the menu and made great suggestions based on our likes. He was very attentive, checking in at perfect times. The food is always very good! Short rib was perfect and hearty given the cold weather. And you can never go wrong with the King Kong roll!“

“I absolutely love it. You can pick your ingredients and sauce. It comes in a compostable bowl which I really appreciate. My little girl wanted some Edamame and Mango only and they made her a tiny kids bowl to go. Awesome customer service!“

“The renovated space feels like a resort-style retreat—beautiful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. We were also blessed with an amazing server, Sophie—attentive, quick, and always greeting us with a genuine smile. After reading some mixed reviews, I feel especially grateful we had such a great experience, particularly since we hadn't been back in over a year. The food was excellent. I had the Thai steak, and my wife ordered the chicken rice bowl—both were delicious and well-prepared. They also have a full bar with a solid wine selection and plenty of great non-alcoholic options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back!“

“I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. “I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“

“My daughter and I went in to order and saw the time and realized it was 20 mins to closing. We said we would order to go and the lead taking our order told us we can stay and not rush. We ate outside and before locking up she came over and asked if we wanted refills before she locked the doors. Hands down the best service and most welcoming place we’ve been in a while.“
