“Yummy pizza with good service. Very simple setting which is typical of this chain. My ONLY suggestion is that the dough often feels really overworked after it's been baked. Too tough and without much lightness or rise to it. With breads/ dough, when overworked the gluten I think gets too short, which makes it tough. Also our Cowboy pizza last time was missing the shaken seasoning, so it was a bit bland without it.“

“If you're looking for a takeout pizza place, I recommend checking Northern Fires Pizza out.
Having a wood fire grill is a special treat for the pizza. They have some great compliments to the pizza. We had the buffalo wings, some wood fire grilled carrots, green salad, and arugula. It was all great.
I really appreciate that they put effort into sourcing great ingredients. I think it shows in the great quality food.“

“Do not sleep on the broasted chicken. It is beyond me how a local spot like this can make chicken of this caliber. Its the best chicken you may ever have, and the price is unreal. “HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“
