“I live in the neighborhood and have come for trivia a few times now. The tacos and nachos are delicious. I went specifically to try the Serrano Dona Fria Mexican Lager and was NOT disappointed. They also sell “You Betcha!” thc chocolate and their own thc seltzers. Excited to have them in our neighborhood and will be back for the Serrano!“
“It was a pleasure to meet Joe! Despite everything being full of hate, "America" I was delighted to have Joe as my server, and he was marvelously amazing! Let's get out of our comfort zones and say hi, hi, greet, and simply be kind to each other! My partner Brian and I are following Joe's footsteps.“
“Forgotten Star has become one of my favorites. A good selection of good beer, dog friendly, and a great space. Having both indoor and outdoor spaces with ample social distancing is super. Plus bocce, and rumors of curling this winter. And a food truck dock too!“
“As the name suggests, this place is all about being social. You definitely want to come with a group. My party of two stopped by on a trivia night and, even with the host on the loud speakers, I'd say the sound split was 55/45 in favor of guest chatter. Nicely varied selection of drinks, and the food truck has a solid burger. Tots were a bit over seasoned for my taste.“

“It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy. The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.“
“Wham Bam thank you Falling Knife! If you want a brewery that everyone knows your name, this is the place to be. A ton of regulars who aren’t degenerates. There are so many small events going on weekly like Trivia Mafia, Magic, T-wolves pod cast, pinball tourneys and and and… big events are so cool with live bands and random food trucks to your liking. WRECTANLGE PIZZA truck is a permanent year round truck that serves up Dee best pizza in the twin cities! The staff is enjoyably attentive, charismatic and friendly to the pour (don’t tell the manager?)I love this low ceiling, small concept atmosphere because of the patrons who visit. The service with a smile…The Beer! Tom… the master of the universe and master brewer has a fantastic variety and outstanding standard to every beer he crafts! “Verbal Tip” is my favorite hazy beer, like ever! Hops, lagers, dank, fruity, warm comfort styles of beers make up the list along with THC drinks, slushes and some kind of bitters thing on a belt ?Come here and have fun! Let loose! Be free and don’t drive drunk!I’ll see you here ?“

“ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place for great "pals getting together" atmosphere with excellent service and satisfying options for everyone. I love the big variety of ciders too! I previously thought I didn't like cider and now I love it!“
“Great brewery! Tasty beer, friendly staff, large and comfortable space. I really like the overall atmosphere, and it's in a cool and convenient location. They also host various events like cribbage and trivia and have rotating food trucks. It's a great place for meeting up with friends and I'll definitely be back!“
“We recently enjoyed the the Köld Kolsch from Fair State. We do like our kolsch beers and we enjoyed this one fairly well. It had all the features and highlights like a kolsch should. With this beer the flavor highlights are crisp ,clean, bready and some presence of graininess. It was a very refreshing beer and one that we liked quite a bit as the heat of midsummer cranked up a few notches when we enjoyed this Kolsch a few weeks ago.“
“By far one of my favorite breweries in the Twin Cities!! The staff is amazing. They have a great variety of food trucks. Comfortable taproom alongside a great patio (the patio gets covered with an event tent and heaters in the colder months). Great free bingo and trivia having great prizes. And of course the beer is amazing. I strongly suggest trying the Ben's Minnesota Martini olive beer.“
“We visited Headflyer yesterday during the Johnny Athletic podcast recording. Packed house. Our first visit to this brewery and we were impressed. Excellent beer. I had the Feel the Flow Golden Ale. A great choice for me. My wife enjoyed the Root Down. Friendly staff. Nice size parking lot.“
“I rented the Empire Room for my dads surprise birthday party and it was PERFECT. The space was beautiful and clean. Grace was great to work with start to finish. Everything was super seamless in terms of questions, billing, contract, etc. We did drink tickets and had the tap available right in the room. It was great and I would definitely recommend for you events!“
“A brand new brewery! I went on 10/15, and was told that they opened 9/30. They have a good core of 4 beers on tap already; a cream ale, Oktoberfest, stout and blonde. According to the signs, they are looking to expand their tap list with an IPA, a hazy and a hefeweizen in the newr future. The staff was awesome, the beer tender was friendly and charismatic. The taproom itself is quaint, even if a bit crowded. But they did have a tv with the Vikings game on! There is a shelf unit with several games and another with their merch. Merch was shirts and baseball caps and beanies. The beer was decent and I am excited to go back once they work the kinks out of their process and introduce more beer styles!“
“The beer is very good, and it's one of my favorite tap room venues in the city. It's in an old factory (plane wing manufacturing?) with the cranes still in the rafters. Fantastic semi-covered outdoor space, cornhole/bean-bag toss, several tables, and an overpriced food truck.Update several years later: still one of the best atmospheres in the metro. Family and dog friendly. Open air, huge patio, great food trucks.“
“Insight Brewing and Taproom is a large, expansive, local taproom, with polite and friendly staff behind the bar. There are lots and lots of seating options, including a suedo "living room" showing movies, long "Munich Oktoberfest" style high-top tables, bar stools at the long and curving bar, and a number of intimate booths and cubbie areas to snuggle up with your "significant other".Insight has a large parking lot located on the West side of the facility, and is convenient in location being just a couple of blocks west of 280.Atmosphere is down-home comfortable, with a good mix of ages throughout the taproom. Great vibe! Dogs are certainly allowed, and there were many of them present last night. The taproom offers a wide variety of beers on tap, including 6 - 7 THC seltzers and limited release collab beers. There are also a couple of kombucha and soda NA options.Only downside for me last night was the strong smell of cleaning fluids wafting throughout the brewery. Granted, I showed up approximately 1.5 hours prior to closing, so the staff was cleaning up prior to close. But it was a strong smell just the same, and messed up my taste of the otherwise delicious beers I had there last night (I tried the Level Up, a classic American Pale Ale and their Night Shift - a delicious, heavy, dark and semi-sweet porter). In terms of the cleaning smell, I am thankful that they ARE cleaning the taproom with the strong chemicals! Good health for all!Overall, great experience at Insight!“
“Have been to many microbreweries over the years and have never seen one as unique as this one. Being a sci-fi fantasy fan myself, I really appreciated the decor with nods to Tolkien and Monty Python's Holy Grail. Custom artwork on t-shirts and wall hangings is very well done! There's darts, frisbee, painting groups, live music, and many other interesting things to see and do here. Really like all the little cubbyholes too. Sampled a flight and enjoyed the full flavor and creaminess of the Baltic Orc Porter so much, I HAD to pickup some for home! Excellent, knowledgeable staff and the owner walking around chatting with customers was nice. Three dollar discounts for growlers on Wednesdays too. Loved the original names given to the brews as well. Most likely will become regulars and will definitely be back.“
“The beer can be hit or miss in my experience, for the cost especially if can be disappointing... Usually it's at least decent but have had a few beers that have made me just want a macro instead. Happy to have them here though, what a location and bike friendliness is so appreciated. Always worth supporting.“
“#9 on our Hundreds of Hops Tour Walk in as a stranger & quickly find yourself surrounded by new friends. True of both staff & patrons... that's how I'd describe our 9th stop. After a brief run-through of our likes, suggestions were made & well-received. These guys had solid beer selections on top of being quite welcoming. We talked about where we've been, exchanged social info & closed her down. We weren't rushed out the door at closing, there was a game in the final minutes, after all. We thoroughly enjoyed the stop, wrapping up the night on a 5 star experience and 4.75 stars on the beers, rounded to the nearest number. We've already made meet-up plans for next time!“
“Absolutely love this place. We met the taproom manager who was a joy to get to know and we really enjoyed all the beers, especially the barrel aged selections. Darts and shuffle board made the night very fun with our large group and the bartenders were knowledgeable and accommodating! We will be back.“

“Great restaurant/brewery in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. Parking can be a little difficult to come by, but usually you can find a meter on Washington Ave. Food is fast and delicious, as well as the beer and cocktails. We like the breakfast options and usually have a hard time deciding since there are so many good choices. It was busy on the Sunday morning that we were there so the wait staff took a little longer than was expected.Vegetarian options: Lots of optionsKid-friendliness: Definitely a place you can bring the kids to.“
“Beer! Pizza! Brewery! Maple Grove! Can't get it any better than this. There are also wine and seltzers available.Pizza truck outside, but you can order it at the bar. The tent and backroom are available for private parties. Crowler and growlers available for sale. Thc drinks too!Parking in rear or on street.“
“Excellent beer, great space, cool views, and hopefully getting even better: rumors of both a riverside patio and trail development by the city of Minneapolis show promise for those precious, outdoor summer beer hangs. And the beer? It’s good - I love BC’s commitment to the slow pour pils!“

“Was our second visit. Good previous experience. Table available quickly.Very good beer selection, a number of fun things that you can't pick up from liquor stores.Food was appropriately priced and very quick to be served, even considering being moderately busy. The pickle pizza was great!Had a pretty crabby server upon being seated, killed the vibe a little bit. Multiple interactions with her were not particularly positive.“
“Went to the late show to see Dave Hill do comedy. Tried their sour on tap and it was delicious! Would have loved if the brewery itself, stayed open later after the show! Looks like a fun place to hang out and throw a few back. The space we saw the show in was intimate and quaint. Nice bartender.“
“I recently visited the wonderful InboundBrew co that left a lasting impression on me. The ambiance was delightful, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed evening. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the bartender, a young man with a mustache. He was incredibly helpful, offering us a variety of beer options to sample until we found our perfect match. When I asked for a specific flavor profile, he nailed it right away! Our group, which was quite large, was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The bartender's skill and attentiveness added immensely to our enjoyment, making it a memorable visit.“
“Such a fun environment and great beers! I was all about the Foggy Dew and then the Paddy's Premium (pictured) came out on St Patrick's Day and I've got a new fave!! Good, classic, forever delicious beers served by friendly and helpful staff :)“
“Popped in a few weeks ago for a beer release. They have an event space off to the left when you walk in. The space is really bright and I appreciated there were a couple few bathrooms in the space so you wouldn't have to go out in to the tap room. The beers were delicious and the staff were friendly. They have a tiny parking lot but there is plenty of street parking. Thanks 56 for delicious beers, cheers!“

“Warm, lovely atmosphere. As a tourist, I felt welcome. The appetizers were delicious. The pizza tastes dirty. The hamburgers are a wow!The beer is unbelievably excellent. Service is wonderful. This is a place you have to stop by in Minneapolis Minnesota.“
“As far as I'm concerned, this is (with due respect to Summit) the O.G. of the neo-craft brewing scene in this city. Gorgeous room, with a second bar on the other side of the building. Nice selection of snacks. Most important, consistently delicious beer. Very highly recommended.“

“Ordered the light ale beers at the bar and they were awesome. You have to order the food separate at the food area. We ordered the snapper bowl and snapper tacos. They were AMAZING! One tip: cooks should wear hair nets because we found a long hair in our meal.“
“Been here a few times. Solid beer, lots of options, unique atmosphere. The winning point though is the owners. They're engaged, nice, and accommodating. We went in with our 2 and 4 year olds and they gave them suckers and a fun little whip cream treat!“
“Went to Fulton Brewery for their Mini Holidazzle! I had the blueberry Fulton Narc (sparkling THC water) which was good. We also had nachos, a walking taco, and pulled chicken sliders. Everything was good except for the pulled chicken sliders, I would not reccomend them, we should have gotten the pulled pork sliders. The ambiance of Fulton was fun!“

“This place is awesome!! The beer, the cocktails, the food, the service -- all amazing! In particular, the "Piggy Pie" is a must-get item any time I come here, it's so delicious. On my most recent visit, I got the special release barrel aged stout and wow was it incredible! The vibe is pleasant and casual, the QR codes for ordering at the tables are convenient and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place for pizza and drinks!“
“Fun fact - my husband and I had our first date at Pryes Brewing and later got engaged there! We have visited many time, the most recent being this previous Saturday for a drink with a few friends. We do appreciate their large selections for drinks, catering to those who are GF as we all those seeking NA options. The outdoor seating is always plenty, although less used during cold seasons. One thing that always happens is upon walking inside, there are a couple tables in the area people line up to order. So every time, you find people in one or two long lines waiting when there are staff just waiting and sitting around, not wanting to stand between the tables to order at the other stations. And I have never seen staff wave or call people over, instead standing around chatting or on their phones. They have expanded their space since we started coming, we often see couples, families, friends, and more using the space which is lovely. One thing that is a drawback that prevents us from visiting sometimes, is the parking. If you are trying to attend an event at Pyres, you will very well not find a parking spot unless you circle for an hour or park far away. Putting lines on the street parking along the curbs would be very helpful to maximize parking spots. Pros are for sure their large selection of drinks, they allow doggies (outside only I think), their location right off the Mississippi river, the space, the environment that is appropriate for families to first dates, and that they have lots of seating and food. Cons are the parking and long lines. Recommend to check it out (not during an event for the first time unless you Uber/Lyft).“
