“The renovated space feels like a resort-style retreat—beautiful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. We were also blessed with an amazing server, Sophie—attentive, quick, and always greeting us with a genuine smile. After reading some mixed reviews, I feel especially grateful we had such a great experience, particularly since we hadn't been back in over a year. The food was excellent. I had the Thai steak, and my wife ordered the chicken rice bowl—both were delicious and well-prepared. They also have a full bar with a solid wine selection and plenty of great non-alcoholic options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back!“

“Just finished dinner at the Better Half to try out the new after dark menu - 100/10 recommend! We had the ahi tuna stack, miso sea bass, and the lobster pasta (can’t remember the name) and everything was INCREDIBLE. We wanted to order pretty much everything, it was so hard to decide! I would officially consider this one of the best menus south of the River - can’t wait to come back and do another round of taste testing until we make our way through the whole menu! Shout out to Michael our server - he always goes above and beyond (I somehow always end up in his section 😂 and he is fantastic!)“

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this place! Cheese curds are lightly battered and lightly fried. Perfectly melted cheese inside. Very nicely done.
Walleye had good flavor with a nice butter sauce.

“We are still talking about our Christmas Day brunch. The The staffs attention to detail, and the quality of service and food were impeccable. I cannot wait to go back for dinner with friends and family. In addition to the wonderful food, the space was so beautiful. It was busy, but not at all loud. The executive chef was a master at checking every plate that left the kitchen to make sure it met his standards. It  was fascinating, watching their symmetry throughout the service.  I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone I see.“

“We had Old Southern Bbq cater for our wedding and it was absolutely an amazingly positive experience! The director of catering, Amy, was so helpful and on top of everything. The catering team was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests ranted and raved about the food all night, especially the potato salad and the cornbread muffin tops. Would definitely recommend!“

I can confidently say Kevale is, without a doubt, the greatest bartender I have ever encountered. The level of professionalism and attentiveness he provides is staggering. He is a master of his craft, but more importantly, he possesses the rare ability to manage a busy bar while simultaneously making every single guest feel seen and immediately taken care of.

The true measure of his excellence is this: I don't live nearby, but I travel specifically to this location because I know Kevale works here. “I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“
