“J.R. and Omar today had to handle an upset customer today around 12:45 during a lunch rush. They handled it with kindness and in a calmed manor. I was able to get my order that was correct as they had to deal with her at the same time. I applaud them for being professionals while she was not. Everything I ordered was perfect. Good job!“

“The subs are always amazing here. We had placed a order online on January 13th. Took a bit longer than usual to get our food which I was told the reason why it took longer to get our food was told our ticket was misplaced so I was given four coupons to make up for it. I’m glad I looked at the coupons before using them. The coupons expired in November of 2020. So the coupons can’t even be used.“

“Stopped for lunch after getting haircut next door. We didn’t have to wait to order- no one ahead of us. Ordered basic sand which- all are served cold- which was fine in 96- heat. Other days I wouldn’t be a fan.
It was made quickly. Accurate to how described, but the bread isn’t too soft. Seemed day old or worse, quite dry and super crumbly in the car. It made my black pants look like it was attached by a bun. Not great, just okay.
Store is clean, however drink machine is out of order.“

“Five stars is kind of a misnomer. It’s actually four stars because the last thing I did as I was leaving was use the restroom and mentioned to staff afterwards that it needed attention. He said what did something happen? No, I replied. I just said the bathroom needed detention as in cleaning. He said they’re going to clean it on a regular schedule. But the rest of the restaurant was extremely clean. The food was fresh. They were training an employee at the time, but that did not slow down orders overall a great experience.“
