“My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!“

“I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! “I called Tibet Corner at 8:53 wanting my usual chicken combo lo mein but I guess the chef had already cleaned up and left. I was planning to come back the next day, but DJ called me back and offered to make chicken briyani instead. My boyfriend went to pick it up for us and it was awesome! I can’t handle spicy food at all, so I really appreciate them accommodating me and making something I could enjoy. We had the Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, and Lechon.

The lechon (small plate/appetizer) was smaller in portion than I would have expected for the price, but was still good.

The portions for the main dishes were generous and the food was flavorful.
