“They are so speedy here, that when no one in there except me, the lady taking my order didn'tq check to see if I was done with my order, as soon as I told her the sandwich type she was off to start it. I had to ask the lady checking me out about having extra meat and mayo added. The gal at the register let me know to make sure and ask for those things while at the ordering area. Which I informed her I was going to but the lady walked away to fast. No problem, but then immediately the cashier went and told the first girl what I said about walking away to fast ( not sure if she was just informing her or gossiping, hopefully informing). The cashier gave me a free drink, that I ended up filling with water (I tried the soda and it was kinda warm and a little on the flat side), but it was a nice gesture. My food came out and I got in my car and was flagged down because the first lady forgot to add my mayo so the cashier was getting me packets, thanks for that. Besides that it was fine.“

“After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. I just want to recognize him as a great employee and the main reason this review is five stars
Parking: Parking lot is small and not directly off street.“

“I just came here to pass along some comments my friends and I were sharing on social about Fast Food pricing being outrageous. Here's my comment: p.s. Subway Mound's employees have consistently had the best employees of any fast food chain I've ever experienced in my life. Whatever they do in their interviews, BRAVO. Amazing. And my neighbor said: I agree, they are the best! Just happy, and great personalities. Always chatting me up. And not just one of them. All of them. Good job, Mound, Subway. Great customer service should definitely be rewarded. Keep it up. It's appreciated.“

“I took advantage of the bogo deal this time while ordering with the app. I got to the shop moments before my sandwich came off the line. Perfect timing. As the artist was walking my sandwich to me, another customer who must have been very hungry made motions to take my sandwich. I was concerned for a hot second that something might go down but the young sandwich artist didn't engage with her and addressed me perfectly without embarrassing the other customer. Perfect service.
Parking: Always a couple open out front and the back lot has enough space for the football team.“

“I was having a craving and that was the best sandwich ever. The kind lady serving me was so nice. It was just a ham and turkey but i have been having tummy issues and its the first meal i've been able to keep down in days. Such kind service every time i'm here. Thank you“

“You guys still have the same bread we expect. The same that had me addicted to Subway for years. You folks need to teach Buffalos location because they’ve been off for more than a decade. Thank you for letting me have a nostalgic Subway experience“
